Craig's Flowers & Gifts

I called this florist to order flowers for a relative who died. The funeral home recommend this shop. Our experience was very bad based exclusively on the customer service. The person who helped us was either elusive or ignorant about the product.

We viewed samples online (which didn't list prices) and then called to inquire about costs. The attendant gave us three price points and explained that it depends on the type of flowers and size. That made sense so we told her what size we wanted and types of flowers. Then she quoted another range of prices. When I asked her why she couldn't give us a price she said it depends on the types of flowers used. I told her again what I wanted, exactly. She said they could do it and restated the cost range.

Is it not possible to give me a quote for flowers today? Why the range after I chose the size and flowers? And mostly, why cause so much confusion for people who are grieving? I suspect they are gouging.

I'll go elsewhere next time.

Last weekend was my grandmothers funeral service, my mother ordered a flower arrangement from Craig's to be delivered in the morning with instructions that the arrangement was to be placed on a table that was set up specifically for the flowers. 15 min before the service begins- no flowers, my mom called and was told they would be right there. No flowers ever arrived.
When my mom called on Monday to complain that the flowers that she paid for never arrived ( she was mad) she was told they were left in the back of the church so they were there and too bad for her basically. When my mom pushed the issues she was yelled at that they were there " not their problem" and hung up on. Then Craig's called the church and told the parish it was their fault and " didn't appreciate the customer calling them when it was the church's fault"
Not the best way to run a business. I would not recommend this business . Honest businesses would never lay blame on a church for their mistake.

Craig's was highly recommended to us, however our experience with Bonnie when ordering our father's funeral arrangements was awful. We left and went somewhere else. I spoke with the owner about this and she was apologetic. I will give them another try because of others recommendations but not if Bonnie is involved.

I had to do my wedding from states away, the people here are amazing and helped coordinate everything I wanted into my florals, without me even having to be there to see them do it. They truly put what I was dreaming of into a reality, and were very easy to work with as far as tweaking a few things down to the last minute, and so much more. Craig's is very affordable, and I would recommend using them for any occasion you need arrangements. My bouquet was beautiful and elegant and perfectly put together, I can hardly believe I didn't pay an arm and a leg for it, along with my centerpieces and other things.

My husband had Craig's deliver a dozen fresh red roses complemented with baby's breath on my birthday last week. They were beautiful!

My mother and I have used Craig's before and enjoyed their flowers and service. However, when we planned to use them for my wedding we felt pressured into choosing different flowers other than the ones we asked for. Also, there seemed to be little flexibility with the flowers we did choose. The staff was very knowledgeable about different flowers of the season. I would recommend for for small arrangements but I'm not so sure about something large like a wedding.
