The gentleman charged us $169 and claimed that was a minimum charge to inspect our clothes dryer. We weren't happy with the way he had spent his 15 minutes on site so called another appliance repair service and found that the dryer needed a new heating element.

Kahn and his partner reinstalled my Bosch dishwasher because it became loose, wobbly and shifty. It was not properly secured from the original installation. They showed up on time and were friendly, polite and professional. The dishwasher was stabilized with an extra set of mounting brackets at a very reasonable price. This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

While this business has a professional-looking Website, that's not the case for their appliance "repair" service, which appears to be amateur subcontractors at best. They bent the front plate of my washing machine, and left it four inches away from the wall in my condo kitchen. And, I had to call another plumber to do the job they failed to finish.
