Raquel is knowledgeable, efficient, organized and has an amazing network of contacts (RE attorney, mortgage broker, contractors, etc.) I had an unexpected hospital stay between signing the contract and closing on my house. She even brought my documents to the hospital to avoid delays. Sixty days from beginning my home search to closing- amazing!

Raquel Sharper is amazing. I came to Jersey City looking for a one bedroom TO RENT because I had been priced out of my neighborhood in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Raquel and I had a great time driving around, looking at places and at one point I sighed and said "Man, I just wish I could find the perfect place and be there for at least 4 years". Raquel then said that I would be the perfect candidate to own. I laughed because at the time I was a freelancer (and still am!) and didn't think a bank would approve me nor did I know about how to get a down payment. It's funny because I'd always wanted to buy in the tri-state area and had looked at apartments/co-ops (not my cup of tea) in Brooklyn in the past and had been turned off by the shark like real estate agents over there. I feel like it was completely meant to be that I met Raquel. She literally held my hand every step of the way, as it was my first home and my parents are located miles from me, I really needed her help and support. She gave me the confidence and know-how that I really needed. I tell ALL of my apartment / house hunting friends about her. Raquel was always positive and is a one of a kind in the business of real-estate. I was so excited to see how much I got back on my tax return as a first time home buyer. Raquel was genuinely excited for me as well, has met my parents and friends and came to my house warming party. I would NEVER RENT AGAIN thanks to Raquel !!!!!!! I feel like I've made such a smart investment and am now looking forward to making many more, with Raquel's help of course. She's amazing!

Anyone who has Raquel Sharper on their team will be sure to get the very best they can in terms of finding a place to live. We were uncertain about where to live in Jersey City and how to go about finding the best place we could for our budget and preferences, and she was really on top of her game when it came to searching thoroughly and responding promptly to any questions we had. She never slacked off when it came to getting the job done, and she always did it with a smile on her face. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Jersey City area (and a lot of other cities too, including Hoboken) and was a real pleasure to work with! Also, we kept in touch throughout the lease---she checked in with us, instead of disappearing the minute we signed. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone! She will save you time and money!
