We are here on vacation stopped in at Red Robin for lunch. Must let you know what great service we had. Willy and Ali served us, they could not have been more helpful and polite.... We can not say enough good things about the two of them! Next time we are here we will definitely go back to Red Robin!!! Oh yea, food was great also!!!

If I could give 0 stars , I would. Ordered our food online. Called when we got there and we're told that it wasn't ready. We were almost 10 minutes past the pickup time. I asked why and was told we were waiting on fries. The girl was rude. 15 minutes later and still no good. I call and they guy tells me they are busy. I tell him I was waiting on fries and why does it take 15 minutes. He says he'll check. We get our food..fries are cold, ice has melted in the drinks and we didn't have the correct food.

We are here visiting from California ! We have been to many Red Robin's and never received service like this ! Willy the manager and Ali our server were so attentive ! Our meals were delicious ! Hot bottomless fries and bottomless ice cold sodas ! We really enjoyed the hospitality here and we made lovely memories today! We will be back to Jones Valley Red Robin and hope to see Willy and Ali again!

I really enjoy Red Robin and their royalty rewards! I mean they give you an entire meal free for your birthday.
This location is very short staffed, so their wait times on a refill week night are astronomical. I can't imagine what it's like on the weekend.
Anyway, after 40 min we were seated. The food came out quickly, so that's nice. I also like that they have the kiosks at the table so you can pay and leave when you are ready and not have to wait. In a land of chain restaurants, this one is a better choice than some. We rolled in for burgers, our server was extremely friendly and promptly served them, and we rolled on out.
Was it memorable? No, I don't even remember what burgers we ordered. Was it delicious? Well, it wasn't earth shattering but the filled us up and the fries were popping hot. Do I want to go back? Well not really, but if a burger craving hits and I'm not in the mood for Wendy's I'll be back.

Went out to lunch with the Grandparents today and had a wonderful experience. Adonis made sure that everything was taken care of without hovering and interrupting our time together. He was always there when we needed him, he was flexible, and he was professional.

Quick seating, great service, and a clean environment. The burgers were cooked perfectly, BUT the fish and chips were not good (mushy). Our drinks stayed full with an endless stream of fries (bottomless). The cooks had long hair and no hair nets : ( We found a hair in our food and we felt the need to look in the kitchen. That's when we noticed the lack of hair nets. All in all, not a bad place.

This place has always had good service, sometimes the refills on fries are a little bit slow, but other than that. It is all good, at least to me it is. The waiter/waitresses are for the most part are friendly and attentive and always ask if they can get you anything else!

The lady that was waiting on us was very impatient. Ordered a root beer and coke float and she waited 10 to 15 min before bringing us a refill, then just brought us only the ice cream and as we started to leave but the actual drinks. And above all that my burger was raw. Not to mention she gave my girlfriend the wrong dressing for her salad twice .

Horrible! Floors were filthy. My feet stuck to the floor under our booth.
Was told they were out of my first choice.
Second choice they didn't put the bacon on my hamburger. Had to ask for a side of ranch twice. Our french fries were small little pieces, not nice cuts.
The waitresses black sweater had either cat or dog hair all over it. Disgusting. I almost gagged.
