Armetta's Italian Restaurant & Pub

Nice clean restaurant.
Elderly couple at another table only other customers there when I came in for late lunch.
Waitress seemed quite busy as bartender, not so much as waitress.
Needed couple things from her, failed to deliver.
She served food & drink quickly enough. Needed more marinara for spaghetti but didn't check on me until almost done eating.
Didn't ask if I want anything else, didn't give me chance to inquire about getting anything else.
After she ran debit card, didn't bring copy of itemized receipt so I waited for her to come back so I can ask for copy. She said already closed cash register out can't get it.
I tipped her accordingly.
As far as food is concerned, Caesar salad fresh romaine lettuce grated parmesan cheese. Dressing not housemade but good.
Chicken parmesan served hot the way I like was good but needed more marinara sauce for spaghetti.

I ordered chicken parmigiana and asked for it to be made with extra vodka sauce. I was told they can only put it on the pasta and not the chicken since the chicken was premade. When I was given my total, it was way higher then I expected based off the prices online. When I went to pick up my food, I asked about the price. I was told they charged me $8.00 for "extra" vodka sauce. Once I got home to eat my food, my pasta had barley any sauce and I was disappointed to learn that the chicken was a spongy chicken patty, not an actual chicken breast. This place has majorly gone down over the years and I would not return again.

This place has 2 1/2 stars. For a reason.!!!!!!! The bartenders are the worst! They're mean and just terrible. Never go to this pizza shop. Ever since Franco sold it, it became a dump!!!!!

I'll be quick.... Nice people.... good service... Mediocre food ... Horrendous music (I don't want to eat an Italian dinner listening to rap and similar.) Disappointed. No reason to return.

Good pizza. Great prices and a full bar. Wait staff is the best. My only complaint is they close waaaaay to early. Street parking is always available. Go.

Alllll right. I'm back. I'm not exactly sure when quality and cleanliness took a back seat in the restaurant industry but here we are. Neighborhood pizzeria, popular spot. Wait staff is very nice. Ok first thing when you go into a restaurant at 4 in the afternoon and there are literally tables everywhere, I'd rather not sit near the bar listening to 5 drunk guys scream curse words at the tv because ... football. Ok so be careful bringing the kiddos depending on where you sit.

Ok now the reason I'm talking the time to write this review, cleanliness. There is no hustle anymore. Nobody cares. Businesses take advantage of the fact that people need to eat and it's just become " we're a restaurant so come spend money". Ok now , the table was dirty and sticky. The benches, in which they wipe the table off onto (I'll never understand this practice) were also dirty and gross. But the real kicker was the air conditioning vents on the ceiling in the dining room. Holy shit. Disgustingly dirty. Makes you not hungry makes you not wanna even be there. It's this kind of laziness that kills me. So guarantee that when that heat or air kicks on you're eating dirt and dust. Because these disgusting vents are right over he tables in plain view to everyone. And the real reason that this so serious is because if it's that dirty in the open imagine what the areas you can't see are like. I'll never eat here again, the laziness is insane. Restaurants need to stop taking for granted that people will just come and give them money. Everything is more expensive , every business is taking us to the cleaners and I'll pay. But if you can't even show me the respect of getting on a ladder to clean your gross ass vents why would I ever give you my money. Don't dare try to tell me that walk in fridge is clean when the public areas are dirty as hell. Stop being lazy. Have some pride. And show some damn respect to the public that keeps your lights on. Do better.

Got a really bad Italian Hoagie. Roll was stale. Hardly any meat. Lettuce and onions were slimy and tasted yucky. Tomatoes were unripe and tasteless. Reported bad sandwiches twice with no remake or offer of credit. Plus prices keep increasing. Maybe because I live out of town? I have spent a lot of money here in the past 13.5 yrs when I am in Emmaus. Try to support a local business but need them to support my issues with the quality of food.

Great food here. It's a family owned place that had been around for 30 years. We enjoyed lasagna and the lobster ravioli. They were both very good! We will definitely be back!

I had lunch there today. The food was very tasty. I had a cheesesteak hoagie with french fries. The fries were crisp and delicious! The serving size for both was large, and the price was reasonable.
Jamie was my waitress, and was excellent. She gave me extra napkins without me having to ask for them, was very pleasant, and efficient with her service. She was great!

Incredibly rude waitress. Got super frustrated and disrespectful with me when I was confused about my meal and wanted further explanation.
It stressed me out, "let me talk first"
"What do you want then".
If I were her parents I would be super disappointed .
Made the overall experience terrible. Despite the food, felt her looking at us the entire time for talking about it
She was blonde with a pony tail.
