All of our locations offer a choice between a SoftTouch or a Touchless wash, and all locations are open 24 hours a day. I've been coming to Xtreme Clean for about 8 months and the only issue was I had to finish drying my truck afterwards which I excepted. On Feb. 5 I visited the car wash and got the Xtreme Touchless wash with Hub scrub for $12 like always, my truck came out dirty. I contacted them and after adjustment made on car wash had me return. Wash was great and problem corrected.

I had an issue with my wash there where there was a streak of dirt left on my truck. I left an unfavorable review. I was promptly contacted by the manager who investigated and discovered a mechanical issue. Her notes to me were kind and professional and she comped me a replacement car wash.
While it's no fun when issues come up, they do happen. When they do happen and the customer service is this good you know that this is where you want to take your business.

May 10, 2021Previous reviewWashed my truck here. Selected the mid range wash. I had some dust on the doors from driving on a dirt road. The car wash left an obvious stripe of dirt on my truck about 8 inches wide the whole length of my truck...both sides. I do not recommend this place. There are several better options nearby.

I've been to a few of their locations around kalamazoo but this one is my favorite for sure. It's a convenient location for me to get to on my way to or home from work. Usually stop by after 5 and never have to wait too long.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0

They will handle the problem. They contacted me immediately and I would highly recommend this company for their quick response. May 4, 2019Previous reviewPoor wash. I used the touchless. Back window not clean all dirty, side of car dirty and streaks on car. It was a waste of $8!
