Oinkzalot S.Douglas, WY628125Feb 6, 2016First to ReviewNot impressed. Stopped by to get an estimate on filing my taxes and was unable to be given one in spite of having all of my paperwork with me. According to the consultant they would have to put in all the info from my tax forms to tell me how much it would cost. All she could say was that they start at $48.
Can't say I'll be back to a Jackson Hewitt, as they don't enable their employees to help customers. (Note: I was at a different tax specialist earlier in the day and they were straight forward with their pricing and with their strategy. Also very forthcoming with information. Needless to say I know where I'm going to have my taxes done!)
