The people there are slow and they don't know what they're doing. The lady tried to argue with me and she was totally wrong about the situation and after I proved her wrong, she act like she never did anything about the situation.

Store was very busy. I took my son in to add his phone to our plan and to upgrade my phone. An associate was there to help as soon as we walked in the door. He took very good care of us and made sure we got the devices we wanted, all discounts, max trade-in for my old phone, helped us transfer everything over and put screen protectors and cases on for us. Even though we were there for quite a while, we walked out ready to roll! We even upgraded our plan at no additional cost.
      No complaints!!

If could give this store a negative score I would. 6+ years with At&t and my only negative experience with the company has been here. If you have kids I suggest avoiding this store, both reps the one who helped me and my wife, as well as her co worker were cussing up a storm like it's cool. No, not professional at all. For some odd reason their computer system did not show the correct numbers related to my account. I went there just to upgrade my phone and the rep Jordan lead me into changing my plan with her "emphasis" being that it would be cheaper and save me $$$. Even though it wasn't her fault the system wasn't updated correctly when it was all said and done I would have ended up paying just shy of $100 more than my last bill.

Now what really got me upset was the following day. After I sat down and fully reviewed everything and I realized the numbers in my account were not matching up with what she said. I returned to the store and the rep Jordan said it was on me to fix the issue. She has no power in the store to fix it. I called AT&T spoke with 2 different departments reps (incredibly helpful and professional) they were able to reverse everything Jordan did and found a better plan that WOULD ACTUALLY SAVE ME MONEY. Both reps after listening and checking on their end what Jordan did were brutally honest and said Jordan appeared to only be interested in her metrics. Everything she suggested would have never been a cheaper alternative. I highly doubt she's been properly trained. Go to a different store.

Today the customer service was terrible! The guy who was helping me who said his name was David aka (Jared T) made the interaction horrible. He made me feel like I was stupid, I was coming in the store to pay my moms bill, and he started asking questions that normally I don't get asked, he didn't ask me if I wanted to use the pin pad to pay with my card because he "assumed" I didn't want to use it! You didn't ask me you just took my card asking to confirm my address. I hate that when live in a time where people don't take the time to deliver great customer service! I may have to reconsider not going to this store anymore. It's seems like I always run into some who has a power trip and doesn't want to do the job correctly.

      Updated review

The only person in the store was the manager. There were no other customers. The service was horrible, her attitude was offensive. It was such a bad experience I am going to change carriers for sale, TV, Internet

Went into find out why my phone could not pick up internet. The help that I was offered was to buy a new phone since the antenna was going to be destroyed by the SIM card. The sales person was very intent on making sure that I knew a new phone was my only option. I explained that I would research any other options and make a Decision . I went across the parking lot to ubreakwefix and within minutes the professional for Samsung explained that my phone's problems were because I needed a software update. Twenty minutes later, my phone is functioning as well as when I purchased it new.

AT&T needs to have professionals with long-term goals of repetitive business and get rid of these young ignorant kids that are trying to make short term fast money.

I have also found that AT&T's customer service which contact for help with my TV Internet and cell phone or much less than professional. AT&T really needs to review their whole program. I have one or two options to switch away from AT&T to their competition. I am going to do so as soon as I have the time.

After I thought I had great service. I received my bill and Kaylie add a bunch of unauthorized charges. To include insurance , protect and a upgrade charge. Watch out I thought this was great customer service the truth reveals that she was unethical!

Three guys were working the day we went in and they each had a different answer for everything I would ask. I would ask a questions, one guy would answer, then another guy would correct him and give me a different answer. And this went on and on and on. I was more confused going in than when I left.

Hubby and I are going to be switching from T-Mobile to AT&T next week and we've already been into the AT&T store in the Orange Park Mall. Had great customer service there and all our questions answered (review to come after we set up service next week), but they do not have the new iPhone 5s and aren't expecting to get any in by next week. So, we went into this store on Roosevelt just to see if they had the 5s. They do have them in the 32g (I don't need a 32g), but then they started asking me questions, which made me ask them questions. And everything just got so confusing.

Now I'm going to have to go back to the store in Orange Park and get poor Ben to explain everything to me again when we set up service because these guys at the Roosevelt store obviously need to get their sh** together.

Maybe the guys working here are new? I'm not sure.... but they need to learn how their company works!

They should be obligated to tell you that they are not a real AT&T store but just an authorized dealer. I had to go through a huge nightmare when the iphone they sold me turned out faulty (no one's fault really) and I tried to return it to a REAL AT&T store. Yeah, you can't return it, except to this exact store. I was wondering why they kept avoiding letting me pay my bill in the store (because you can't) and the employee also lied to me about getting the activation fee waived. Not a huge fan.

Went to this store on Roosevelt Blvd to set up Direct TV & Internet last weekend because we had tried to set up service on the phone with the customer service department and they screwed up our order so we were told to go directly to our local store. The guy who helped us had no clue as to what he was doing, he kept on asking for help from another lady that was working there. Twice he had to start from scratch because he could not save our order/information. Finally after almost 1 hour there, he told us everything was set up, gave us an install date and said that all the paperwork plus the receipt for the install payment would be emailed. After a few days and not receiving the email, I called the number on the card, the number was disconnected. After calling the AT&T number for customer service and being transferred to different departments, come to find out that our order was never placed. I was told I needed to go back to the store to fix my order so I went back to the store and tried to get some answers, a guy by the name of Cal told me that I had to fix things with Customer Service, I explained several times what AT&T customer service had said but he would not help. He was rude and told me that he did not have to help me. I went to the AT&T on Margaret Street in Riverside, it was like night and day. Service was great, the staff knew what they were doing, they treated me with respect and Cal, we got a much better deal than the one that never materialized from your store. So I guess we won in the end. PEOPLE, DO NOT GO TO THE AT&T STORE IN THE ROOSEVELT SQUARE SHOPPING PLAZA. Anyway, I think they are being bought out soon so hopefully the new AT&T owners won't be keeping their lousy staff

This store went under new management around July of 2014. The people that work there can't answer every question you have or solve every problem AT&T (as a company of small value) puts on your shoulders. BUT, these guys sure do try to answer your questions or find the answers on their systems. They try to solve your problems and they take the time out for their customers. I have dealt with several locations of AT&T store as of late and this one excels in a way that AT&T as a company should want to be represented. You may have to wait a while to get service, but at least they give a darn about AT&T customers and show it well! Thanks for the help you guys gave me and the attempts you made to solve the problems AT&T as a company has piled on my shoulders these past two weeks!!!!
