After telling me my truck needed an additional 2200.00 in repairs went to get the truck to only be told they don't take checks. My wife had left work to take me to pick up truck, no apology for not letting me know. Ask the guy waiting on me why he didn't let me know and his response was I didn't ask. One and done due to the attitude displayed by their rep. Then another guy came to wait on me after my wife returned with debit card he says cash or card!!!! REALLY!!! I don't know many people who carry $3522.00 in their bifold or purse. All the guy needed to do was apologize for the inconvenience but that was too much for him. Telling me to have a blessed day just made the situation that much worse. My Service Tire System light was on they told me all four sensors were bad and replacing them would fix it. Guess what light still on. Called and was told to bring it back. Wonder if they will reimburse my wife's lost wages. Nope but this guy will never go back.

Yesterday, my brother had a helluva day, ALL DAY with his car and I wasn't in town either so I couldn't help and anyone who could was also at work.

This conversation this morning let's me feel more at ease. I'll be recommending them as an option that genuinely helped me by helping my family.

To quote my brother, "Jim, the manager, and Josh, the technician. F*****g stellar work. 10/10."

We went here because nobody could figure out what was wrong with our vehicle we bought from Buy Here Pay Here, which had issues from the very start. Which makes me believe they knew they were the ones that did it.
The vehicle had a junk yard engine in it. Every mechanic on Inman street ripped us off and misdiagnosed the vehicle. The only one that figured it out was Mastermind in Benton TN.

This place here said it was our radiator n was going to charge us an outrageous price. We knew it was NOT NOT NOT the radiator.
Beware of these people. They will tell you anything to get your money.

went in for an alignment and rotation they notified me i needed tie rods which was fine but they literally ordered the tie rods from Autozone which is fine as well but they charged me $115 for each when they cost $28! i told them i could get them from Autozone at that price and they said they wouldn't install them unless they got them. just so they could up the price on them!!! I understand business needs to make money but they literally ordered the exact same part from the exact same place and charged me 3 times the cost for it! They were still going to get paid the labor and the money for the alignment so they weren't losing anything. So best review i can give is 3 stars due to over pricing and scamming customers to make more

I've been so many tire companies in the last 10 to 15 years of driving this tire center by far has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I first stopped here when I just needed air in my tires and probably had a slow leak and they were always prompt and filling up my air and I wasn't the customer. They have the best prices in town when I had to change all four of my tires and did so very quickly I didn't have to wait long at all.

The inside waiting room is very comfortable air condition because right now it's 100° so it's very important. They were very accommodating since I had work the night before and making my appointment and getting everything done in less than an hour. I am thoroughly impressed with their service and perks of getting my tires done there.

I've used TD several times in the past, & will continue to do so because they always take care of me with care & professionalism. This last trip was no exception. However, they were slow for whatever reason. We dropped my car off at roughly 1130am, had several things to do, & advised we would return after 4pm. Upon returning appx 420pm, the car was on the rack & they said it would be done very shortly. After waiting another 20 minutes, I overheard the manager tell one of the guys what to do with the car as if they job was just getting started. Simply put, I got back there at 420pm, did not leave with car finished til 550pm, this after leaving my car at 1130am. They were steady busy, but not visibly that busy. Need to speed up the service guys. I was almost late for somewhere else i needed to be at 6pm. Otherwise, the car is great. You found the bad tire, had it replaced, & realigned everything to specs. Thank you

Customers be ware! This place is cheating people! My son was having problem with his brakes He was told he needed new brake lines. He paid $300 for them to be replaced! ! He was then told he needed new caliber that would be an extra $600. He told them no he would just come get the car and replace them himself. He then found that the rotor on right side was bad! Wow be warned this place is out to get your money!!!! For some reason this app won't let you give less than one star? I'd give them zero star!!!!

Staff is friendly. Bought tires there b/c they were the most reasonably priced. However, not worth the post-purchase service. Free rotation and balance for the life of the tire. Problem-it takes HOURS to get out of there. I have been in numerous times for R & B, or brakes or alignment--I dread going. At least 2 hours every visit.
