Barbara F.Santa Clarita, CA06Sep 6, 2023If I could give them lower I would! Stay clear away!! They will give you square linens for round tables, their light package is a joke. It doesn't work, yet you pay $150 for them. Then when you plugged them in only two bulbs work, when you called them, they said you should have called during the wedding so they could trouble shoot the issue. Warning, stay clear away. I will be telling the bridal business who referred them to me what they did to us.

This is an awful company to rent a tent from. Our family rented from them for a family reunion. They communicated wrong information on the phone, and were verbally abusive to my grandmother. The products they delivered were dirty and the tables were unstable and old.

Recently rented a tent from Valley. They delivered, set up, a couple days before. They were courteous and professional. Highly recommend them and will rent from them next year.
