Had 3 hair appointments in the last 3 weeks. Went in today for my perm appointment at 11:00 AM was told after driving 22 miles and taking the day off for the 3 rd time that they don't do perms on Fridays or Saturdays (Why set up appointments ) it's upsetting when hairdressers can pick and choose their appointments on what they can and won't do. This hair business really needs some better management.

I really hate to write a negative review but I need to be honest. I came in for color and left with my hair being 5 different shades of orange and yellow blonde...I had to buy toner and developer to fix the mess myself. The stylists are really friendly though...it's unfortunate that my experience was a disaster. I do not recommend going here if you need color/highlights/balayage/ombré.

I don't know who I got, I forgot her name. She had long black hair and said she was from Manassa. She's a nice person, but I'm sorry this is just the worst thing that could of possibly happened to me. The second I saw the finished product it took everything in me to not start crying. I got this haircut three hours ago or so and have cried three times since. I'm prone to depressive episodes and if I would have been in a bad mood going in there I think I might have actually ended it in my car. The second I finished the haricut I instantly went into the store and bought a hat to cover this up. My sister's boyfriend went there recently too with the same experience. It was so hard to pay for the cut knowing that I was spending money to look like a Roblox character for a minimum of the next month. You seemed like a lovely person, but I will unfortunately never even come into the Walmart gm side door again to ever look at the place again. I'm convinced the good reviews on this page are fake or people that they know who they requested leave fake reviews. Even if my experience went relatively well it would not have been five star. I would say thanks, but I wouldn't mean it. Anyway that's pretty much it, I wouldn't recommend anyone goes here.

Came to Alamosa for business and was in dire need of a haircut. Went to the location as a walk-in and was seated in a chair within 30 mins.

The lady who cut my hair listened to my instructions and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. Great haircut and great service!

I have visited other locations of smartsyle in various states and has always had a pleasant experience. But this particular location service is disappointing. I had a haircut during my first visit and wasn't satisfied. I decided to give it a second shot for hair color services and checked in online for appointment. I reached the location exactly on my appointment time and was told my the staff that she was the only one who does color and that she is leaving for the day in 15 min. I told her that I had an appointment booked but she said that she cannot help me and that she doesn't like the online appointment booking app.
