BEST PHONE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I kid you not. We are a family of 4 and have purchased multiple phones multiple times. You know what it's like going in to buy a phone. Sheer agony. Not here. We were so amazed at how knowledgeable, professional and friendly both Dayana and Diane were. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted, offered some extras but didn't push us if we weren't interested, explained options well, made sure we had all the details and choices. I mean, seriously, these two women were the best. Go buy your phone here. You will not regret it.
Oh, also, they told us about how we can get DirectTV and bundle it with our wireless account and get unlimited data and save $150/month. I'm gonna talk to my DH about it but think we will do that. Hey, who doesn't want to get rid of comcast? But again, she mentioned it but didn't push.

We came to the store to update our phones. Andy helped us but at the same time he has to help his ither co-worker who was trying to help another customer. Andy was very apologetic to us but we do understand because that customer was already there when we arrived. Andy showed us the different iphone 14. We opted for the pro. Turned out he has to order it. He said by Monday we should have it. Bring it to the store and he would transfer my data from the old phone. The phone arrived Friday, and we went back to the store and he recognized us right away and transferred the data. Everything works in the new phone. The people who work in that store are all friendly. We noticed that with the other customers too. I would surely recommend that store to all my friends. Keep up your good work guys.

I went to this store to upgrade my daughters phone. Andy in the store was great. We got home and the phone kept overheating. We went back to the Lompoc store (the next day) to get it replaced and we were told they did not have any in stock and one would be mailed to us. It never came so we called and the person who answered told us we couldn't have had one sent to us, it doesn't work that way. We were told to go back to the store the next day when the manager was in. We went back to Lompoc, manager told us we couldn't return it to ATT and it that it was an Apple problem and that we had to go to Apple. Made an appointment at Apple, Apple tells us it has to be replaced by Att. So we went to ATT in Santa Barbara, they were amazing, but said the ATT in Lompoc is a third party store and that it has to be returned to them and that they are required replace it. If we had bought it at a real corporate Att store we could have replaced it at any Corporate Att store.
We live in Santa Ynez. After days, many miles traveled, our time, the fuel, and we still don't have a phone that works.

Not only is AT&T forcing dangerous 5G down our throats, they are turning off our non5G phones without our consents. "Ezy" was the only worker at the AT&T store, which opened at 11 am except that Ezy took another hour and 20 minutes off, locking the front door. He didn't even return as indicated in his note. In fact, he was inside the store in the side room. Ezy was worthless, uninformed, unhelpful and mean-spirited. Since AT&T illegally turned off my phone, he refused to allow me to phone AT&T from the store. AT&T owns its customers, even those of us who have been AT&T customers for more than 50 years. Damn them.

Had a great experience Noelani ! She was super nice recommend her to everyone! Mad my phone troubles go away with ease explained to me that I have at home tech support as well included with my insurance how great is that !

So disappointed.
After having my phone with ATT for over 15 years, yes!!! 15 years! I'm treated like shit. How many thousands of dollars of my money have I given them? Too much.
Since I'm on the unlimited data plan, they're trying to get me off of it by dicking me around with higher prices and the inability to upgrade my phone unless I drop it.

The most redic service I have ever dealt with! No internet, rarely answer the phone, can't print invoices, cant hear me when I call on the phone they sold me when they actually answer. They rarely follow through on things they promise to do. It is unbelievable. It is the only authorized AT&T store in town so...The hours on the door and website are different than the reality. I have worked retail for several years off and on and its not that challenging to be on point for the people that keep a location open. If phones weren't a necessity, this place would close. Maybe they just rely on people getting a new phone on Dad's plan. I can't figure out why they keep the lights on when they want cause Holy Cow.

Network down for the past 16 hours. They claim there is no problem and won't fix it. Worst phone service ever.

Amazed! Walked in the AT&T store we were the only customers in the store. We were greeted as we walked in. That was it. She lost the sale after that. Never asked what we needed, got short answers. Let us walk out without even trying to make a sale.
