DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. they told us the car will be ready at a specified location at 2 pm. then they made us drive back and forth in two different locations to get the car and after an hour and a half driving with Uber one place to another they drove us to a much fu location to finally pick up the car. my child was supposed to be picked up from school and my husband missed a very important business meeting. Very very inconvenient. I have been traveling internationally for over 30 years and renting cars in 3rd world countries I have never seen something this unprofessional. stay away from this place!!!

The service was unbelievably good. Picking up was a joy. Returning was easy. Dealing with them and the insurance company (my car was in the shop for an accident repair) was incredibly easy. The employees went above and beyond. This place was truly amazing.

First time using Enterprise at this location. The wait was kind of long but Eric was extremely helpful hooking me up with the right vehicle for my trip. No problems at all. Chris with the bowtie helped me when I dropped it off and was very kind and professional. Overall great experience.

I've used this location many times for rental as I have a Ford and the Ford dealership is a mile away. They are always prompt on pickup and get me into a vehicle quickly. My most recent visit had a hiccup regarding vehicle size but Bob fixed everything and was awesome the entire time. I've dealt with Rob also in the past and these two guys are the best.
Enterprise has some silly rules and regulations and the branch manager is a bit of a stickler (which is why i gave 4 stars rather then 5) but the customer service from Bob and Rob is second to none!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - M S.Milford, CT0306May 31, 2018
The most unorganized, unprofessional, horrible rent a car service I've ever experienced. Tara is a liar, rude, racist and have ABSOLUTELY no customer service skills!! The manager, George tried to make things better, but his staff is incompetent!! Please DO NOT rent here!!!!

I'm sure it's possible to have a good experience here, but the customer service is sub-par. Manager was not even interested in trying to help with my issue.

Very friendly environment. Picked and drop-off was quick and also I had left my EZPass in the car and when I informed them, they kept it safely until I collect after a week.

Was not very happy service was good but when I return my car on Saturday morning I was charged two more days I called back to find out why I was charged two days young lady there said that they're closed on Sundays and I got charged for Monday the car was supposed to be rented for 2 days I told the gentleman that I was returning the car Saturday morning not even once he told me they were closed on Sundays and that I was going to get charged for two more days of service it was just wrong
