Montrose Advanced Dentistry

I had an implant done by my regular dentist in California a couple of weeks ago. It had some problems which became obvious to me after 5 PM on a Friday. Doesn't it always happen that way?
Anyway, I called Montrose Advanced Dentistry on Saturday the 29th. They couldn't see me same day but offered me an early morning and a late afternoon on Monday. I wasn't in pain and this was perfect. Not being a morning person I took the late afternoon.
Monday morning they texted me saying I could come in at 11, which was quite attractive to me so I did. The staff got me in right away to see Dr. Rami, who was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and skilled. He contacted my regular dentist in CA by phone and they agreed on what the next step would be. My implant crown just needed tightening, and I needed a bit of guidance on helping the gum to heal faster.
I was out of there in 40 minutes and the cost was just the basic cost for any visit. I did also get x-rays and photos so it was a full-service call.
I received tremendous service at Montrose Advanced Dentistry and will definitely return!

The care is good but booking is AWFUL. They never answer their phone, and they don't call you for office reminders, they only text you which is annoying especially bc the text don't offer a chance to reschedule. You have to leave a voicemail anytime to want to schedule or change something.

There's so many good dentist around here. I'd consider finding someone who makes it easy to do follow ups etc.

Great dental office with the kindest staff.
There's ample parking space outside despite being in the Montrose area. The office is pretty good at giving you reminders and booking you in advance for your next appointment.
As someone who works in healthcare, it is a HUGE plus that they do have Saturday appointments, which are not easy to come by but works out when I book in advance.
The hygienists here have the gentlest hands. My teeth are generally a little more sensitive but I think everything they do is very tolerable and never hurts as much as I anticipate.
Dr. Rami is a very thorough and kind dentist as well and has a great memory-- we have referred many friends and family here and he remembers almost all of them.
Overall, this is a great office to establish care in and I hope y'all give it a chance.

Wow Montrose Advanced Dentistry sure has grown in the last few years. Although I'll miss the early days of personal cleanings from Dr Rami himself, I am so happy for their success. The staff hired on are so nice and on top of it. The regular cleanings are pretty pain free with a wonderful TV for you to distract yourself with Netflix. I've referred a few friends to the practice and they've all been really happy at the patient-first mentality.

When my insurance provider changed last year and it sounded like he was no longer in network, I had gone to another dentist who told me I needed to fill two cavities. I came to him for a second opinion and he took his time showing me the area on the tooth camera and explaining the criteria of a cavity, concluding that he wouldn't classify it to be a cavity but that I could fill it and honestly the quoted prices were very reasonable.

Dr. Rami really looks out for his patients and isn't pushy on upselling cosmetic teeth whitening, nor aggressive on treatment. Highly recommend him for all your dental needs!

Dr. Rami is extremely personable and hands on dentist.

He explains everything in detail and has a very relaxed manner.

I haven't had any work done yet but I will.

Girl at the front was not friendly upon arrival but turned very pleasant when Dr. Rami was there at the end.

Also a nice young gentleman (I can't remember his name) was super helpful when I returned for my proposed treatment (I lost my copy).

Overall a nice experience for something I have been dreading!

Tried to book an appointment here. They had a contact form online, which I filled out and no one reached out. I called and they weren't opened, called again and left a voicemail. They finally called a few days later after I had gone elsewhere. Looks like I dodged a bullet.

This is easily my favorite Dentist's office I've ever been to. Dr Rami is extremely professional, personable and respectful. He's never rushed out of an appointment which I greatly appreciate. He takes interest in other health issues you may be having that could potentially impact his work. The other staff have also been very kind and easy to work with. They've taken me in for 3 emergency appointments within an hour every time. 2 chips in my teeth and 1 tooth extraction which was just a few days ago. I've been going to him since 2016 and I couldn't recommend him or his practice highly enough. 10/10.

I went to Montrose Advanced Dentistry because I another dentist told me I needed fillings. When Dr. Rami took a look, he was 100% honest and let me know that I did not need any fillings. I'm very glad that I came to this office, and so is my wallet. I will certainly recommend Montrose Advanced Dentistry to my peers.

Dr. Rami and his team are great. They are genuinely friendly, experienced, very efficient and straight forward.

Dr. Rami is knowledgeable and will always tell you- step by step- how he will work and what you should expect.

I feel very confortable under their care and will highly recommend them.

My best dental experience in 20 years. Dr Rami is a great communicator and inspires confidence. I'm looking forward to him being my regular dentist for many years to come.
