I have only had good shopping experiences here and I usually prefer online shopping. I've driven by this store for years and didn't realize how useful it is. I had no trouble finding what I wanted and the employees are helpful and friendly.

I've not properly learned to bleach and dye my hair until recently so having a store to ask for help has been so helpful. My first visit I bought ion creme lightener and developer to bleach my roots and was suggested the excellent ion's Absolute Perfection products, which I bought and then stocked up on my 2nd visit.

Being new to bleaching and dying my own hair makes this a great resource for advice and what to purchase. My only issue has been with the rewards program, but I don't think it's a customer service issue.

Hands down the best Sally's I've gone to. I've been helped by every employee here and there were never any bad vibes. Even while multitasking, they still treat everyone in the store with kindness. I had a hiccup with an order once and the person helping me was very patient! I also would get plenty of friendly advice and encouragement whenever I would nervously come in to buy dye or bleach lol. It was always a fun time going here :)

So pretty weird. Just found out the in store price on some items are a lot more then the Sally website. For sure won't be waisting time in this store anymore. Website $129, in store, over $150 after my pro price.

Tara was the nice lady that helped me. Sally's beauty supply over here off the Fullerton marketplace located right off of Euclid so this place is pretty nice have everything you need beauty supply wise I needed some items I needed hair gel they help me very much friendly staff prices are very nice everything is pretty easy to find so it's pretty useful to know that everything is where it's going to be I needed hair gel now Was able to find it so that was good Tara was the nice lady that helped me with what I needed so I was pretty good easy to go with I had to see what I needed so I said OK so when I came in I found out that I needed a few things and she was able to guide me I intend to come here more and get what I need shopping here is pretty good and easy check them out

My Husband and I love this place! Although we aren't professional hairstyles when we come to Sally's, especially this location we feel like professionals. I can go on and on about the professionalism but the customer service is what stands out to me. 5+ stars for me on the service alone, especially these days good help is hard to find. Definitely recommend this location.

ANA AND DANNY SAVED ME. I wanted to get rid of my pink hair but couldn't afford to go to the salon and spend $400+ on color correcting. So I decided to go to Sally Beauty and the two workers, Ana and Danny, knew exactly what they were recommending.

Process:
1. I stripped off my pink with 2 boxes of:
One N Only Color Fix
2. Once it stripped off into blonde, I toned only the orange parts of my hair with:
Wella C toner T18 + 20 developer
3. Once it was toned, the color i put on top was:
Ion Creme 8MB Light Mushroom Blonde w/ 20 developer & two of Ion CB Absolute Perfection Step 1

Look at the before and after! I was so shocked that I was able to do all this at home. But I couldn't have done it without Ana and Danny! Thank you so much!

Seriously? How old are their supplies? I bought a nail kit which came with nail glue. And when I tried to squeeze it out, nothing budged. Of course, I used scissors and cut it open and the glue was completely solid!! What the hell??

Other than that, I did grab a bunch of other stuff from the store that was great.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. A very huge thank you to Sal for all the help and his knowledge to correct my hair color. He was the kindest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and his knowledge of his trade saved my job. Also, Tara was the sweetest and caring person as well. They both made mine and my Mother's Day brighter. And well will be back to this store and recommend it to everyone because of these two amazing people.

came in for some hair products, their hours of operation are 9am-8pm online but in store have a sign that says 10am-8pm. it's 10:20am and they are still not open. more than 5 people have gotten here trying to get in.

Destiny was incredibly helpful, friendly, and beyond intelligible in her experience. She immediately greeted me, assisted me with every question I had and helped personalize it with a few recommendations.
