Great bulbs, clean beds. Friendly staff, and awesome prices and specials. No 5th star simply because it could honestly use a little TLC on the interior.

I have been a customer of the Tropical Tan company for many years and will no longer be using their services after they refused to honor a $20 gift certificate which had no expiration date. I spoke with the receptionist who offered no solution other than to come in the following day to talk with the manager, I asked if she could speak with the manager and she informed me I could call the Port Huron location to speak with her. I called that location and the manager said they would not take the certificate because it was over a year old, although the expiration date section was crossed out by the employee who wrote the certificate. They offered no apology or small discount, this is stupid and bad business as well as very poor customer service.
