I expected something different when I stepped into this place but was somewhat satisfied after I left.

Yocadia offered two flavors of soft serve (vanilla or chocolate) the night we went which came with whatever toppings you wanted. I expected a place serving soft serve and flavors that were going to wow me. It was a decent cone but just different than what I wanted.

That being said, I added PB cups and butterfingers to my cone and sat outside and watched the traffic go by on the 101.

Parking is limited, there's seating outdoors and the service is really great.

This used to be a regular hangout for me and my kids due to the fact that they had an unusual menu and also very good ice cream.

Since about a few weeks ago, they are under a different ownership which has changed their entire menu.

All you have now is Dairy Queen-style machined ice cream with three flavors; vanilla, chocolate, swirl plus a variety of toppings.

I think that is a huge mistake for this small store which will make it even more irrelevant since there are some seriously good ice cream parlors within a 5-7 mile range.

So, I ordered a simple vanilla milkshake with a touch of chocolate: the girl behind the counter made it known right away that this place was under new ownership (first question she asked "how long ago were you here last"?) and also let us know that she was new and did know all the menu by heart.

Still, she did a good job and made us nice milkshakes.

Not sure I will frequent as often as I used to; if I want machine ice cream I can go to Dairy Queen and I will not have a hard time finding it parking (only street parking available here). At least the staff were nice and were trying.

I've been wanting to try Yocadia for a while now and I finally got the chance. I love Leucadia and love to support mom and pops operations. So I wasn't for sure if this was going to be an ice cream spot or a yogurt spot. Either way I was happy to get something cold and good so I'm glad I got the chance to stop by.

I decided to go a little crazy and get the Curry and Ginger milkshake and they didn't short change me on the flavor thats for damn sure! That milkshake was full of flavor but it wasn't overpowering. I wish they had more exotic flavors like that one but who knows maybe they will add more crazy flavors.

This is a small place but they have a few seats inside with a good view of the 101 and a nice size patio. The employees were nice and very Leucadian if you know what I mean. So I will for sure be back and I'm glad they have an ice cream spot in Leucadia!

Cute little ice cream shop! It isn't super noticeable from the outside but it was a great find! We stopped with SIX kids and four adults and while there isn't a ton of flavor options (something I can actually appreciate when giving a 4 year old choices) they do have lots of topping add ons. We went with sprinkles on vanilla soft serve because- kids! The service was quick and friendly and prices were just fine. I will say there is not a ton of space inside for sitting but they have a great patio. We took some great pictures of the kids enjoying their treat and the patio served as a perfect backdrop, can you say insta gold?! All in all, nothing bad to say about this little shop and the kids loved it. It's a great stop for a quick treat!

Cute little ice cream and frozen yogurt shop. They only have a handful of soft serve flavors, but lots of toppings to go with it. My nephews and nieces went crazy with their mini sundaes, but were really pleased. I opted for a simple vanilla bean soft serve cone, and the ice cream was rich and delicious. My sister liked her chocolate gelato too.

This is a small shop with only one worker when we walked in. It took her about 10 mins to make the two sundaes for the ladies ahead of us, and about 15 mins for our group of six. They really could use another worker to speed things up.

I came here on a whim one recent beautiful day. The inside was small and I was a bit confused by the menu. The woman working the front said hello and when I said I've never been here, she proceeded to try to explain the offerings they had which I thought was nice. I went for a chocoholic type sundae (don't remember the exact name). It was $6.00.

I went and sat outside on the patio. It had ample space, an area for kids, and even some games. The patio sold me. The sundae was okay. My chocolate ice cream was creamy though I wasn't a fan of the sundae with oreo dust and a string of hot fudge. I would give this place a try again to check out the other items on their menu because they sound good. Good overall concept.

I saw the word "Creamery" in the name and was hoping for a scoop of magnificent ice cream, and initially was disappointed that they only have soft-serves from machines.

The soft-serve vanilla was really good and served up amply, however. There are many toppings available that I didn't dig into. The patio on the side is pretty, with trees, wood benches, and strings of overhead lights. My pup appreciated all that too when she wasn't busy staring at my ice cream.

File this under A Pleasant Surprise.

Yocadia is a very busy spot. I'm still not sure if this was ice cream or Gelato but it was sooooo good. There's a lady outside singing live music. You can sit outside and enjoy the night under the full moon while she sings. Can't beat that at all.
The prices are a little pricey compared to the ounces given. But Hey, you like what you like right. $5 for 8oz, $6 for 10oz. Don't quote me on those prices. It's really close.
I had the Hot Mess....fudge, brownies, vanilla , John had the Coconut Pineapple Ice cream, Amy had something crazy delicious too. They accept Apple Payment.
It was a great night to walk the small city enjoying our dessert. They also honored my Yelp Discount. Two Thumbs Up

Soft serve ice cream, yogurt, shakes, floats, sundaes, boba, coffee plenty of frozen desserts and snacks to tantalize your sweet cravings. Everything is custom made with two friendly girls minding the counter. Long lines, so your order takes ~10 minutes or so, but you can seat yourself outside and enjoy the 101 and beachy air and views. We had the ice cream soft serve cones and yogurt. Vanilla ice cream is creamy and rich, yogurt flavors are good too. Expect paying $4-5 for soft serve, yogurts and other blended treats. They have a small freezer for to go items to take home with you. Street parking, welcome to Leucadia, or you can walk here. Variety of menu options including coffee, boba tea sundaes.
