When I contacted them, they were very receptive, professional and kind. I was able to get a grooming appt within a week of my initial phone call. Kelsey helped my very anxious mini schnauzer get thru her grooming today and she did a great job!! Thank you!

I found a great place for my fur baby. All Star Pet Grooming 2 in Skippack is the best. My dog for the last few years was coming home stressed after getting groomed and sometimes not a good groom. I am so glad that I found this place and the staff is fantastic!

My older dog was groomed for the first time there by a girls who named began with a K , she had long dark hair. I was not informed my dog was injured there. She was ok when I picked her up but that night she seemed very uncomfortable. By the next day she could not use her back legs. I rushed her to the vet. The first question, the vet asked me is if she'd been to a groomer, because that is a very common injury they see in the neck and the spinal cord from grooming, and then either trying to jump off or fall off the table when they're neglected needless to say, I read, I incurred bills. I gave them to our store which they refused to pay, and they just laughed at me, so use your best judgment if you love your pet! And

Took my dog here multiple times and they did great for a while, I don't know what happened. They did not follow what my family and I said to do with cutting my dogs fur short like we had asked. The last time we took her to get groomed it looks like they washed and brushed her fur and that's it, and then proceeded to charge us $140 for that. I could've done that myself. We called to tell them they needed to cut her fur shorter and it didn't look like the times they've groomed her before and now they KICKED US OUT and won't let us come back. They also told us we NEED to bring her in every couple months or they wouldn't groom her anymore because "she's a lot of work." But I'm sorry, I don't have $200 to spend on a grooming appointment every 2 months. This place can't take criticism and knows nothing about customer service.

We used the m for the first time at their old location in Warminster and the service was great. We needed our dog Charlie to get his nails cut and they were extremely friendly and dis a great job considering how scared Charlie was.

We have since continued to take Charlie to their new location in Warrington. The service has remained 5 star quality and the new shopping center called Shops at Valley Square in Warrington is fun to walk around and do some shopping while they take care of Charlie!

I I wouldn't call this my go to place none of my girls have bows they all have pom-poms their hair on top looks ridiculous their bodies are OK but this is not a place that I will frequent or go to again I will be looking for another groomer. Now the owner called to tell me that I don't take good care of my animals and yelling at me for not leaving a good review. I had put two stars now it's one. My Scarlett has a scar on her head from and incidentally playing to hard with Bonnie. You can check the vet !

First time customer and will be returning! Fell one star short of perfect because I felt one of the groomers handled my dog kinda rough. That same groomer also told me that my dog's collar was too tight because the collar couldn't come off of the head easily and I'm thinking, "Then that defeats the whole purpose of a collar...". The quality of their work and their reasonable prices are what makes me want to return.

Perfect example of what a groomer should be Took my Yorki Poo Apollo in for a wash, cut and nail trim and I was not disappointed. Arrived 10 minutes before scheduled appointment and Brandon checked us in right away. He explained the cut choices and even got down on the floor with Apollo to meet him and assess his hair. I loved that he showed his gentleness and concern to style him to my liking. When I left I knew I Apollo would be well taken care of. I called back to get a update and Brandon explained everything done so far and gave me a pick up time. When my handsome guy walked out I was not disappointed. His coat was just the length I wanted and felt so soft and smelled great. His paws and nails were trimmed down perfectly and his beard was cut just how I wanted. Bottom line if your looking for a groomer who will provide quality services and kind and gentle treatment of your furry family member call All Star Pet Grooming.

Very happy with my Yorkie's cut. (Did not have to wait 3 weeks for appt like Petco). Brandon was on time. (Not MIA like past two groomers at Petco.) Very clean professional environment. My pup was relaxed and happy. Oh and they have cute doggie outfits too.
