Farmers Insurance - Scott Streller

Love this agent and company.... he won't let you renew without review each year. Better packages come out. My last agent was super lazy and never would call and ask about my policy before renewal. Scott and JP won't let that slide-they want to find the best package each year for me.

I have recently switched to Farmers and am saving almost $30/month with better coverages on my auto insurance. I couldn't be happier and well taken care of by Scott Streller and his team!

Scott Streller and his staff are outstanding. They are what you want in an insurance agency. We have had insurance with their agency for 20 years and highly recommend them. They know their clients and care about them. Can you say that about your insurance agent? They look out for you when things are good and are THERE for you when things go bad. More than a 1-800 number. Someone who cares about you and your loss. Scott and Shannon lead the way and are full of integrity and professionalism. Their team consists of all star customer service pros like Jeff K, JP, Ashley and more. You can find cheaper insurance (the agent does not control that) but you will not find better service or greater integrity than this agent. Give them a call and see for yourself!

My dad had use them for years and when I moved out of state and found out they could still offer me a policy I was ecstatic. That was short lived because maybe it was due to me being out of state but their service was horrible. For starters are price kept jumping each month drastically and then when we call they have some new offer that can lower it. Seems like double work to me. When you do call the are extremely rude and transfer you from person to person because you have to speak to everyone before you get the answer to a simple question. Then there is the likely chance they will give you the wrong info or only a small bit of it so you have to call again. The 2 times I've needed a shop and they recommended one the shop was horrible. I will never use them again. We switch to STATE FARM and are saving $100 a month with more then our last policy. I will say there was a woman that worked in a specialty department that really helped me when the body shop they recommended screwed up my car.
