Mr. Jones,
My wife recently brought in a vintage Cleveland Browns suede jacket to be cleaned.
This was no ordinary jacket. Besides being married to my beautiful wife, it is the longest relationship I have had to date!
I had little hope that it could be restored to its original condition. You have exceeded my expectations! The orange on the jacket is once again vibrant and the suede came out like it was brand new!
I can't thank you and your team enough for making this happen.
Have a great day!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Steve N.Medina, OH05May 3, 2024
The driver blocked the roadway for hours between their office and the gas station. This is not cool.

I'll never come here because Cindy and Delmar treat
their employees unfairly. Sadly, I have witnessed this first hand, and felt you should be informed before deciding where to take your hard earned money.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Hope R.Sedona, AZ0116Jul 16, 2022
I had them repair the hem on three pair of slacks and they were to be cleaned and pressed. I am not happy with either job. The hem is visible and the press job was terrible even after I took them back a second time for re-pressing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my daughters dress to be hemmed there for a formal dance. My receipt stated it would be done on 5/3- when I called in the morning on 5/11 I was told by the owner she would call me when it was finished. My daughters dance was in two days (on 5/13) so we really needed the dress back. I called again on 5/12 in the afternoon (about 3:00) wanting to pick it up. She couldn't find her dress and had to reach out to the seamstress. After several more phone calls and pictures sent to the owner so she could try and locate the dress by what it looked like, I finally was told it was found. At 7:15 that evening I was able to pick up the dress. When we got home I took it out of the bag to look at it I was appalled! Whoever did the work had NO idea what they were doing (see pictures below). The hem was uneven all around the dress, it puckered and bunched in places and didn't lay flat, and the front was about 1.5 inches shorter than the back- and dragged on the ground and was catching on her shoes when she walked. I then had to go to Joanne fabrics to get hem tape to try and make it wearable for my daughters dance the next day- since it was 10 days late and the dance was the next day I had no time to get it fixed). The owner offered later that evening (through a txt) to have the seamstress come in the morning to fix it. I declined that offer as I work full time and could not take off work AND I didn't want the person who already screwed it up to completly ruin the $150 dress and for it to not repairable. I asked for a full refund and reimbursement for the hem tape I had to buy to make the dress wearable. The owner initially tried to argue that this is what I asked for but finally agreed to refund me and said she would mail me a check, that was more than a week ago and I have not received it. I'm thankful there seems to be enough fabric left from the botched hem job to get it done the right way. I'm now seeing that this is not an isolated incident, several people have shared with me that they have had similar experiences here! The job was 10 days late, they lost her dress, the hem job was a complete disaster and they have not refunded me!

If I could give zero stars that would be my endorsement. Took a white jones of New York shirt to be cleaned, pressed and starched. I am not sure any of the above was done to my shirt. Sent it back and waited a week to get it back. It was so bad I just took it to another dry cleaner and the young man looked at the shirt and he said he could have done better!!! I spoke with someone from The cleaners and they said they did their best..,, wow at $7.49 I would think you would at least press it. Not a fan and they lost my business

YOU. HAVE. TO. GO. HERE. Seriously the best experience ever. I had wedding photos re-done a little under 2 months after my wedding. My dress had been at the previous cleaners for almost 4 weeks. For some reason I had this feeling that I should call the day before I needed it and it hadn't even been cleaned yet!! I frantically called around and Jonsey's was not only able to clean it for me but they did an amazing job and did it all in under 24 hours! The customer service alone was Wonderful. Currently getting my dress preserved there and I can't wait to get it back. I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you Jonesy's!

Took in my very old leather and suede jacket to have a zipper replaced on November 24, 2020; quoted a good price on the zipper replacement; so I decided to get it cleaned. The counter person as pleasant and explained the replacement of the zipper; the told me exactly what the cleaning process would be. Even told me that some of the "stains" may not come off because of the age of them... and that it would take about 2 weeks. Picked up the jacket on 12/08/2020. What a wonderful surprise-- looked like a brand new, much loved jacket. Thanks Jonesy's Classic Cleaners for the professional attitude and the excellent care of my jacket.
