I scheduled a same day appointment for my dog who had a badly broken toe nail where the quick was exposed causing her to keep her leg lifted off the ground when standing or sitting. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this clinic. Dr. Larson was wonderful with my baby girl who was visibly nervous. She took her time with her to make sure she was comfortable prior to examining her and during the examination. She fully explained to me what they would do to treat the nail and what I should do to ensure it would heal properly, as well as what I should do if issues arise. I also liked that you were provided a quote prior to any treatment being done so there were no surprises. The office staff was wonderful and very friendly to both me and my pet. I would definitely come back.

After moving to the area, we read reviews for local vets and decided Normandale Veterinary Hospital might be worth a try.

When our dogs came up for their annual exams and vaccinations, we called and spoke with a very friendly and knowledgeable person who set up an appointment for the following week. When we arrived, we found the facilities to be extremely clean and bright and the staff very accommodating and helpful.

Dr Kevin came out to meet the dogs and took us into the exam room. He was very patient and meticulous in the exam, recommending which vaccinations we should do now and which could be put off until spring. He then told us if we wanted to go have a cup of coffee or do errands to go ahead as he wanted to monitor the dogs after their vaccinations for any adverse reactions. He said "take your time - we'll be here until 5". We did, and when we returned the dogs were ready to go.

Dr. Kevin and his staff were very thoughtful. Great place and we'd highly recommend!

Dr. Kevin is great!! He really cares about my two cats. He explains things thoroughly and is extrememly nice. The staff are also great and the facilities appear clean. All you could ask for in a Vet clinic.
