They never give you orders as it is. I ordered a sandwich with extra lettuce, I paid for that and they didn't put it
Another day she came back and ordered a chicken wrap. And they give me a ham wrap. And so many times, only on this occasion if I was able to take a photo of the Ticke and the food, there you can see that everything is true. By the way. I forgot to call before posting the review and no one answered.

Otro día regresé pido un chicken wrap. Y me dan un wrap de jamón. Y así muchas veces solo que en esta ocasión si pude tomar foto del Ticke y la comida ahí pueden comprobar que todo es cierto .Por cierto. Se me olvidaba llame antes de poner el review y nadien contestó .

Every time I come here they can never toast the bread, right? Why is it so hard to get the bread toasted? I don't understand every time just not right.

Honestly when we walked in we looked to see what was on the menu and we order the lady who took our order go it wrong twice and tired to make us Pay for something we didn't ordered we had the receipt showed her them twice so we left cause it was uncomfortable but

They have great donuts and coffee if you're just passing by or if you just want a donut. But I've seen bee and a fly on the donuts I think they should about that other than that it's great.

They playing with my food, they only cut 1 of my 4 sandwiches in half, employees are mindless bozos. I feel violated and disrespected by the sub par quality of the food preparation. Avoid please

Im a frequent customer but today a girl named Eileen treated me horribly. It's difficult now to hear and since the beginning she looked at me horribly too. Looked like she did not want to be there. Spoke to me in a way I know she would not like to be spoken. I work in retail/ cashier too and I know not to talk the way she did to me. Horrible customer service! Gave me my stuff but no bag and when I asked her for one she rolled her eyes. Like does she expect to carry every individual thing to my car. Not returning here again.

I'm in the hood for work. Deep deep in the hood. I say that with love, and it's important to my review. If you blindfolded me and walked me in here, I'd think I was in Newport Beach. The place was spotless. The girl behind the counter was polite and cheerful. (I was there 11/9/16 at 4:10pm). My donut was so fresh it was still a little warm. It's warm outside today too, unusually warm but this place was very comfortable thanks to the AC.
You never know what you're gonna get in this area but this place is a gem. I hung out and enjoyed my donut. Great place, check it out.

As a first time customer, I thought I could make this a regular stop on my morning commute. I've been to other Winchell's and they're good. But this place seems to just cater to regulars and hates to deviate from the norm.

The woman who helped me was extremely rude. She scolded me for not walking up to the counter sooner (I have no idea how your "line" works). Then I made a simple question about espresso and asked if there were shots in the lattes (and if so how many), but then I noticed they come out of a machine where everything is pre-mixed. So it's not actually espresso and I don't think she really understood my question.

I decided on coffee and a breakfast bagel. The coffee was good, the bagel was extremely simple and bland.

If your employees were nicer and didn't just yell at me in Spanish because they think they can, I would have gone back. Sadly I won't. I've worked in the coffee business doing just what they are. I've never had that kind of attitude.

The manager is clearly not doing his/her job because it's been so many times that I come and I loudly say, "hello. Helloooo! HELLOOOOO!!!" but the staff is no where to be found. They are slow and rude.
