      We were so blessed to have found Superior Auto! We were on vacation from Iowa and our Honda Odyssey started driving rough and the engine and several other lights came on. We were headed to Mystic, so we started calling repair shops in the area. After calling several who said they were too busy to get us in, I talked to Warren at Superior Auto. He was kind enough to squeeze us in at 7, hearing of our predicament. They repaired our vehicle in short order, were very kind and personable, and charged us fairly. We even got to pet the dog and hear some great stories! We are back to our vacation and our vehicle is running great!! Thanks so much for your "Superior" service - it's a very appropriate name!

      I had a older pickup truck that needed some work - including an exhaust manifold. Superior gave me a fair estimate, and the job was done before I anticipated. I recommend them. I'll bring my business back to them without hesitation.

      Highly recommend this service garage for all your needs. Stopped in for an oil change with out an appointment and was out of there in 15 minutes. Very nice people, informative and honest. A place you can trust! They have over four decades of being in business.

      After a beautiful soccer weekend at Westerly, RI, coming back to CT home, our old car overheated and we had to leave it at the Route 2 CitGo gas station. Today we went to the Superior Auto Center, they took a look at my husband's car, estimated a cost. Later on they called my husband back to say that the cost was much lower than expected and it would finish the job today instead of sometime Wednesday. Unfortunately we live 1.5 hour of distance from them, otherwise, we would definitely return to have the cars serviced with them. Thank you Superior Auto Center for your service and honesty.       Rude and over priced. Because I didn't buy their products after them giving me a free diagnosis this one time, they called me out on it next time I went in there! Because I found the parts online myself for a fraction of the price. Sorry not sorry! $650 for two headlights a week before xmas is a little steep! You're still supposed to help me and not to mention what ever the price was I was going to pay this time because it was a sensor for emissions, I just simply wanted help. They told me the diagnosis could be 70 different components so it wouldn't make a difference and I have to pay $100 to do a different diagnosis but they were just salty about it. Your loss. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

      Superior is the reason is signed up for YELP.

      I was traveling up to Foxwoods and had a tractor trailer tire blow out and decide to jump up underneath my car and damaged my gas tank badly. Being an out of towner, and seeing some reviews on the internet i was nervous about leaving my car and basically my wallet to the people at Superior. I WAS WRONG TO THINK THAT!!! Any review on the internet i saw was DEAD WRONG. They were great from start to finish. They did what they said they would, fair price, and timely work. The had parts overnighted and the job done in 24 hours. Thanks so much Superior.

      Don't let previous reviews keep your business from Superior, you're in great hands, family business with integrity.

      I began bringing our vehicles to Superior Auto Center last year at the recommendation of a friend, and I'm EXTREMELY glad I did! No more dealership service departments for me! The staff at Superior is very knowledgeable, and they are excellent about communicating exactly what's going on with your car and all the options available to you without being condescending. The pricing is amazing. In fact, I believe for one of the jobs we had them do, they underpriced us, so we tipped them well! This is an excellent family owned business who take very seriously their integrity and responsibility to provide high quality service at very fair rates with fast turnaround. I highly recommend them.

      I had some difficulty posting this review last fall, but have made it a priority to post my experience here as I believe this garage has strong integrity that I believe is lacking in this industry. Last Oct my 2014 Acura ILX would not start and I was stuck in Willimantic, CT on route to a cancer appointment in Glastonbury. When the tow truck took over an hour to arrive, I was unable to follow my car to the Acura dealership in Manchester (my husband picked me up, took me home, and then I drove to my Glastonbury cancer appt) and b/c my towing coverage had timed out with Acura, the garage called me just as I arrived to my cancer appointment 5 minutes late looking for payment. I was extremely stressed panicked earlier I'd miss my doctor's appointment and now being late, I didn't feel comfortable giving my VISA number over the phone. I did promise the owner I'd send him a check the next day, which I did. A couple of weeks later, I received in the mail my check back and a note telling me my towing bill had been taken care of! WOW! I was flabbergasted; good will and efforts such as this don't happen nowadays! I have done my best to put in a good word for Superior whenever I can (I work in Scotland) to co-workers, etc who need any work done on their vehicles. I am truly appreciative of the way Superior does business as it's clear they truly care about their customers!
