They gave me an estimate 9 month ago and never came back to fix the problem. After they stood me up twice I asked my tenant to call and make an appointment to see if they had better luck with Sutton Plumbing.
I spoke to my tenant today and asked if the Tub was fixed cause I never received a bill?
My tenant told me he called Sutton Plumbing made an appointment and they did not show up. They waited for 5 hours.
Please do not call them. They lie, they do not return calls and they do not need money if they can turn away an $800 job. I'll never use them again as my go to Plumber.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Raviraj G.Manhattan, NY174Dec 10, 2013First to Review
THE WORST!!!
I had an issue with my heater valve, which I replaced myself.
I had called them to check if everything was fine.
They gave me a time estimate between 10am and 11am on a weekday and arrived at 2:30pm with no apologies whatsoever.
The guy came in and charged me $125 as a service for for 5 minutes and saying that the valve was fine.
I called their office to confirm this and the lady who answered the phone mentioned that the service fee was $85. And I told her that the guy just charged me $125. She put me on hold and then after a minute mentioned that the actual service charge is $125. (sounds kinda shady)
To top this all, I had my wrench next to the heater, which the guy conveniently managed to put in his backpack. When I confronted him about it, he managed to give it back, still trying to say that it could be his. When I told him that I would produce a receipt and things could get messy, he actually handed it back to me.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
