Jack in the Box

They always close early even tho I went tonight and they didn't close for another hour, always something with this place. I'm tired and sick of it. Just close it down.

If I could give this a zero star review I definitely would. This cheeseburger was supposed to have bacon and no mustard in it. Not only did it not have bacon, but it also had mustard in it after asking for no mustard. I bit into it and I honestly could not bare to eat any more. It was missing the stuff that I wanted/didn't want the most. I mostly got this for the bacon and I didn't even get that. I also hate mustard so much and it was literally just a cheeseburger I wouldn't even ever buy. The person who is getting the order wrong must up their game because this is just terrible customer service and I am honestly never going to this place again. You guys really need to get the orders right instead of giving us all this BS that we don't even want to buy.

Took a bite of my taco when I felt something hard. Spit it out and found this metal cap in the food. This is disgusting!!! Lucky I didn't break tooth or choke. Came back to talk to manager and didn't even get an apology or an offer to replace/refund my food. Asked for the number to corporate and she gave me a number that didn't even work. Last time I'll be eating here. Make sure you check your food when eating at this Jacks . I would give this place zero stars if possible.

Went to get my burger and it shocked me I thought they had gave me the wrong one it was actually the one I ordered wow they too much they don't care how they prepare the food

They always refuse to make shakes at night time for some reason. It's sucks having to drive to other restaurants because this "24hour" one doesn't serve certain things. They also don't make fresh fries they serve old half cold ones.

Do not recommend. 4 workers on duty, drive-thru not busy. Workers not cleaning or doing anything. Only option around to eat. Will not return here. I mentioned the mess to employee Kevin. He looked around and said, "yes, we know it's dirty" and went on with his business. No one came out and cleaned during the 25 minutes I was there. No clients came inside. It's a shame these workers get paid to stand around.

Also Onion rings looked very questionable and intriguingNot only that but there was a Hair in my food

Employees are extremely rude. This is coming from someone who worked at jack in the box for a year. Customer service is a part of the job. When I came to order my food I was automatically met with attitude. Whoever the manager is please teach your employees how to be polite. Horrible service.

Disgusting food! Curly fries were cold and greasy! Burger was just nasty! The service sucked! Seriously the staff should be fired! Beware...Don't eat here! I'm expecting the runs!

last time ever ordering from this jack's period! all my food was cold. couldn't even add napkins or the sauce i called and asked once i ordered. never coming back to this place. i should have seen the reviews for this place before choosing this jacks. it might be even the last time i ever eat jacks in general; food was terrible i ended up just throwing it away.
