      After dealing with Lazy Boy in Plymouth. They pulled a bait and switch on a memorial day sale. We went to Cardi's and Bill was awesome. The chairs we bought were actually cheaper that the memorial day sale. He had their team deliver them in three days.
      Super easy, give Cardi's a chance. You won't regreat it.

      Best experience with salesperson, Christopher Banks. Helped me find the couches and table I wanted for my space in a fabulous fabric for durability and love the color and pop of the pillows.

      Delivery was seamless with great teamwork and on time. A five-star experience all around. I had never shopped at Cardi's but will be a regular.

      Go see Chris in Hyannis, you won't regret it.

      I went to the Orleans location on December 4 - purchased the Chatham and Wells mattress. it was delivered on the following Wednesday. the chemical smell coming from this mattress is horrible. whatever chemical is on there ends up on anything or anyone that comes into contact with it . we had a fan blowing in air and an out take fan for 5 days and nights - the smell has not dissipated at all. I called Cardi's Monday told them the situation that I wanted this mattress removed - the woman said she would speak to her manager and get back to me. I called again this morning because no one has called me back . I fully understand that things happen - we have made several
      purchase from Cardi's and never had an issue - but their response to this has been more than disappointing- once they make the sale it is clear to me they do not care about their customers at all. Think twice where you spend your money

      Let me start off by saying I did not intend to go here, but I am so glad I did. I needed to get a new sofa bed sleeper for my cottage on Cape Cod, and looked online for something similar to the one I have (it is almost 30 years old), time to get a new one. I was actually heading to the Christmas Tree Shop in Hyannis, when I spotted Cardi's right next door and thought I should stop in and see what they got.
      I walked in, the store is quite spacious, not too busy, and the rep, Chris Banks, welcomed me and asked if I needed help and I said yes. The best thing was I didn't feel any pressure from Chris, I felt like he wanted to help and that's it. Told him what I was looking for and he took me over to their selection of sofa bed sleepers. They had more than what I was expecting and they all looked nice. Then we went down the row and I said, STOP! Before my eyes was the exact same one i currently had in my cottage, same size, same pattern, same everything! I had looked online for it and couldn't find squat! I sat in it and i wasn't dreaming, it was real.
      And it was $100 off! Victory was mine. Chris set up the paperwork, I opted to have them remove the old one and delivery was 2 days later. I could NOT have asked for better selection or service. Cardi's will be my first stop for furniture on the Cape, hands down.

      I had a wonderful experience with my salesperson, Bill Kulik. It was an emotional time for me as I was purchasing a new smaller bed and comfortable recliner that were specifically for my very ill husbands needs, and Bill could not have been more helpful or kind. I wasn't sure that day if I would be able to get through the purchase and I was prepared that I might have to leave and come back a second time, but Bill seemed to get that and he cared enough to give me the most understanding and patient help. This was my first time in Cardi's Hyannis and I will always return here when I need furniture. Thank you Bill! It is a beautiful store with wonderful choices too. Mary

      Great sales staff but awful delivery, never got call or text only 2 guys in my living room 3 hours after proposed time frame I was told they'd be there. They argued with one another, one stormed off the other bullied me into downloading Venmo app to tip them, as they were leaving one guy kept asking me questions, do you live alone? Husband? Kids? Ugh total creepers! I called corporate and was assured it would be handled we shall see!

      The in-store experience was okay I should've gone to one of the competitors but I didn't the part that they really screwed up was the delivery. They were supposed to deliver it on Sunday between 11 AM and 2 PM rather they showed up at 7 AM no call just kept ringing the doorbell so I had to wake up thinking it was an emergency which it wasn't. Their excuse was they didn't have my number even though my number is all over my order
      when they arrived they told me why isn't the bed stripped yet so I told them that they weren't supposed to be there until after 11 AM like it's my fault Rude people. So they take apart the mattress box Springs they leave the frame standing against the wall which left marks on the wall not to mention it was pressing the blinds at an angle against the window so those are permanently screwed up I will never use you again ever and maybe you should think twice!!

      This is my bedframe that they stuck against the window and wall no consideration for the damage it's doing

      The person who runs this location is very customer oriented and is less focused on the bottom line and more focused on providing the customer with the best experience as well as providing the necessary information to choose the right mattress.

      I was very impressed with the sales person as he did not try to force me into the higher-priced mattresses and focused on the mattresses that met my comfort level. By the time I left I had tried almost a dozen different beds and narrowed my decision down to two. They have a great selection and one of the few mattress locations that sellsmattresses used at one of the hotels in Las Vegas

      We had the most wonderful experience with Cardi's, from beginning to end. We bought a 2nd home on the Cape and wanted to give them our business. We are so glad we did! We could not be happier with the items we chose and also with their staff - Elaine and Louise are amazing and couldn't do enough to help us. Louise helped us pick out furniture for the house and even in Covid, the service and attention to detail was spectacular. Louise told us from the get go that we may have to wait awhile for all the pieces and that they could come in a few at a time. She was right and her being honest with us about deliveries and time frames helped us to understand the process. Elaine is amazing is well. I spoke to her a few times as I checked on our furniture. Our mattress came in but the bed frame was delayed so they let us borrow one until ours came in. WOW! We were blown away by this kind gesture. Our delivery guys were great too. I received a call the day before delivery with a time frame and then another call when they were on their way. They were nice and always came on time and sometimes even a few minutes early. They were careful bringing in our pieces and always asked where they should be placed. The team at Cardi's Hyannis is fantastic - they're patient, kind, knowledgeable and they are also a heck of a lot of fun to work with. We had a blast working with Elaine and Louise and we will miss them now that our house is completely furnished. The pieces we chose look beautiful in our home. Cardi's has so much to choose from and the pieces are high quality. The mattress we chose, an Emblem Firm Cushion, is by far the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. Keep up the good work Cardi's - we could not have had a better experience!!

      I went furniture shopping the other day...

      While in the one that actually had a pushy sales person, I was tempted to apply for what I thought was "store credit" to pay cash over 6 - 12 months for my purchases.

      I applied through a touch-screen computer system and received an "Instant Pre-Approval."

      I might have squealed in delight, because I thought it was an actual credit approval. I haven't had one in years.

      The saleswoman quickly took the receipt from me and said that they "don't use this program" in this particular store, and that we wouldn't be interested. By the mere fact that she was so determined to keep me from knowing about it, I came home and looked it up. I was approved for this "plan."

      In fact, this "plan" would allow me a decent chunk of $2200.00. That would cover the living room and kitchen at least! "Do it."

      I had the Mr. get the paperwork via fax at work, and he just called me.

      "You're not going to believe this."

      "You were approved for $2200.00 in store credit, but get this, it's a monthly payment of $225.14."

      "Okay, that's not THAT awful? What's the catch?"

      "OVER 36 months."

      Are you doing the math? That's over EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR THIS TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR SALE. Sure, if you pay it off immediately, it's lower, but if you need to pay your $225 a month? YOU ARE SCREWED FOR LIFE.

      Now, let us consider that even with the most BASIC, LOWER END PRODUCTS, it's going to cost $4000.00 to outfit an apartment with staples.

      (I picked a $399.00 couch for crying out loud.)

      That would double the cost.

      I was shocked. Again. Now tell me, who offers such a crazy financing offer?

      "Oh, it's provided by Rent A Center." :O

      You people. Seriously.
