the worst company to deal with, they dont show up for a service call when you are in need, they dont respond to emergencies when you need them, you lose production because of there errors and they dont care if they do. they dont have enough people in service or supply representatives they never show up either, they are all over worked in there sections and dont have enough time for you, i am getting my company to look elsewhere we have had it!
