Dr. Holden and her staff were excellent with their care of my dog's problematic eye ulcer. They were all very kind and gentle with my sensitive and shy dog. Their pricing and services are great. One of the best I've come across during my years of pet ownership.

I've already recommended them to two friends who both made the switch for price gouging veterinary practices.

They always listen closely when I'm trying to describe what's going on with my dog, every one is very caring and patient with both my dog and I. It's always clean and the receptionists are all very attentive. The vets are very knowledgeable and kind with my dog. They assistans will call back to inform me of lab results and the receptionists do their best to find same day appointments although it's not always possible. They're location is super close to the 5 and there's always parking available. I'm very satisfied with the service they provide and recommend them.

I want to start off by saying this: I'm not a fan of doctor's for my own health, so, even more so for my fur baby.
I was SO SURPRISED when I first checked out this veterinarian clinic, because there were mixed reviews, but my gut told me to just check it out. I fell in love with the cheerful staff - that's a big win for Animal Clinic if Tustin Ranch - Irvine. The staff makes your clinic, and it was so clean and bright, that it was a pleasant experience just waiting in the lobby for Bella's turn (she was miserable though, but it's ok, nobody likes the doctor :') ).
By the time we got to see Dr. Holden, we were already sold on our baby's new clinic. We used to live in Los Angeles, and when we moved to Orange County, I knew the day would come where I had to take her in for her shots, so I'm so happy we landed here. Dr. Holden - what can i say about her - well, she's amazing! So detailed when she talks about everything, and you can tell she LOVES what she does, which made my heart happy. I'm 100% convinced my baby is in great hands. The Vet Assistants are amazing as well. Luz at the front desk, thank you so much for following up on Bella after her vaccinations - it makes the whole experience very wholesome and heart warming. I will come back every time here and definitely recommend it. The price point is very reasonable, and you get what you pay for, and then some! So happy here and trust them 100%.
I've been to other vets where they are very transactional, but I felt at peace here with the he attention to detail. I know I sound like a broken record, but I HIGHLY recommend this clinic for your fur babies.

My experience in their office was fine--nothing to write a positive or negative review about. But 24 hours after my visit, the police were at my door telling me that Animal Clinic of Tustin Ranch Irvine had filed a report that my cat bit one of their techs. I was shocked because no one in their office even told me the bite occurred--no mention or indication whatsoever. I have since put together that it must have happened when they took my back into the back without me to give him shots.

This is not the kind of surprise you want to get, and it was of course terrifying because I didn't know if they were there to take my cat from me or why the police needed to see me and my cat. Awful experience. I will never return and I encourage you to go elsewhere, too.

Was not happy with the exam given and the lack of information the veterinarian offered after exam. She seemed to not really know and was confused as to what should be done.

My wife and I have been taking our cats to the Tustin Animal Clinic for over 20 years. The vets have changed over that time, but every one of them has been very helpful in the care and treatment of our pets. The staff there is also very friendly and helpful.
Our cats hate going to the veterinarian's, but we feel that this is the best place we can take them when they need any care.

I just love how they really put your pet first.

I brought my kitten in for spaying and they were transparent with pricing, what to expect, appointment times - and even did post surgeon wellness calls.

Love this place.

Staff came off rude. They were to contact me for solutions to my dog's problem and never did.

When I made the appointment to clip my dog nails, they asked me to fill up the online application to save time. Still they had me wait for about an hour. The person who was supposed to clip my dog nails finally showed up, she was super rude and unprofessional. Because my dog was nervous, she refused to provide service after all the time I wasted. She lied to me saying that she doesn't want my dog to associate this place with bad experience, and that she wants to consult the doctor then call me back. All that with worst attitude you can imagine. Of course she was lying and never called me back. Such an angry rude person should never be allowed to deal with animals. Many people have posted similar experiences. Avoid this place, there are other vets who would respect you and your pet.

I was looking for a new vet because my old vet has been replaced by an impersonal, non-caring "for profit only" group. My previous vet office literally took my dog to the back for the "exam", brought him back, handed him to me, said he was fine and asked if I needed anything else. I was told to go to the front where I paid my very high bill for a basic check of a healthy dog. Then they took it upon themselves to automatically make an arbitrarily selected date and time for next year's annual appt. Talk about impersonal and assuming on their part.

THIS was the personal, caring experience I missed and was looking for. Dr. Holden and all of the staff at Animal Clinic of Tustin were so attentive, loving, and patient with my excited/nervous/wiggly little dog. They never made me feel rushed, they took their time with him so he finally calmed down a bit. They listened to all my concerns about his teeth from his aggressive chewing of bones. They recommended dental care. They never pressured me for exam choices or preventative meds and left all care decisions up to me so obviously they weren't in this for pure profit. The warmth we received from reception through completion of his exam was sincere and noteworthy.

I'm so excited to have found the vet experience I used to have and a team that actually cares about my dog.
