I had to rent a car after leaving my car at the auto repair shop. This was set up by Nationwide Insurance.
I asked for a small SUV and "Nick" went out if his way to get me one and drove to the auto body shop to drop off. I had to wait over a half hour but Nick said they were "short on help." It was a Chevy Equinox and I was impressed with how clean it was. I had problems with windshield wipers that would not turn off but I did not drive that suv very far. Just to do errands close by. Enterprise, so far, has not disappointed our family.

!!!FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!! They decided to charge me $27 just out of nowhere at 11pm, months after I used a rental. The car was used for a few days and received 0 damage. This has happened at another Enterprise before, and to another person I know. I am so sick of it. Given the chance, they will take every dollar they legally can get out of you. This is why I change my card after I give a company like this my info... DO NOT TRUST THEM

Exchanged my car with them after renting at different location...the car seemed a little rough and the brakes were pretty bad. Went and saw Aaron who took care of me. Helped me get into a good car and understand full rental process. Definitely recommend going and seeing Aaron there if needing a rental.

My wife's car was badly damaged in an accident and we were sent here by our insurer to get a rental. An accident is stressful enough and the last thing you need is more stress when trying to get a rental car, which can sometimes be the case. The entire staff here was courteous, understanding, and welcoming. The process was so seamless that we went on a planned vacation and when we returned they had another car waiting for us. Special mention goes to Kiahna who had answers when we needed them and kept everything flowing. Highly recommended.

Tried my best to give this center my business after going there 3+ times in an efforts to support local business locations but looks like they have business clients who take priority for their vehicles even if it's on the lot. Asked them to call if something came in, never called back.
They mentioned I cant reserve a car in advance, but when inquired about an SUV on the lot...guess what it was reserved and hence could not have it :-)
Also, my wife seemed to notice that some of the keys to the cars were in a drawer which was labeled quite inappropriately, not sure if the label was for the cars or for the folks that came in. Either way not acceptable.
Went down to the Avis couple of miles away and rented what I wanted the same day.

COVID has been extra tough for rental car companies and their employees. The Enterprise crew at this location are caring and professional - I notice some of them even rotate in from their Westmont location. It can't be easy, but they're still the best company to rent from at the end of the day.

Dec 5, 2019Previous reviewRent from these guys (at this location) often. They're often very busy, but very accommodating. No matter what other reviewer says, if you give them enough time (more than 24 hours) they'll get you the car you want. If they haven't had the vehicle I've wanted - they'll upgrade you to a better vehicle at the same price. They don't force extra charges on you (hello Hertz) and are friendly and fast getting you in your vehicle at a good price. I've had nothing but good experiences here over the last 2 years.

Would give zero stars if I could. I saw some negative reviews for this location but have had good experiences with Enterprise in general in the past, so I thought I'd take the gamble. I wish I hadn't.
I paid for a toll pass and ended up getting billed out the a** for all the tolls I went through with their faulty reader. I would not be surprised if these folks knowingly gave me a bad piece of equipment.
I did a lot of driving on the tollways over the Christmas weekend, and the toll pass I paid for never worked. I noticed this on the very first toll I drove through. When I went through another toll and it failed to read again, I knew something was up. Since it was now Christmas Eve, I knew no one at the location would be able to help until the holiday was over, so I submitted a written feedback form on the Enterprise website to have it in writing that I was given a faulty toll pass and that I was in no way going to accept accountability for the missed tolls as a result.
The following Monday, I received a call from Max, the regional manager, who assured me that since I had paid for the toll pass, I would not incur any extra charges, even if it failed to read when passing through the tolls. This was reassuring, since I know the fees that rental car companies charge for this sort of thing can add up pretty quick.
Well, as it turns out, I've so far received two different statements from Enterprise regarding the tolls I passed through, and they have charged my account twice based on this. Like I said, I went through a LOT of tolls, so I have no idea how many more of these statements I'm going to get. I called Max at the number he provided and he has kindly refused to answer or call me back in the 7+ days since. Anyone who has worked in customer service knows that you simply don't treat your customers like that.
I will say that the gentlemen who work at the location are super friendly. I had a good experience with the process as far as the pick up/drop off went. However, to receive a personal call from the regional manager promising that I have nothing to worry about regarding the bad toll pass they gave me, only to get multiple bills and NO response from him about this is absolutely abhorrent customer service.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information
