Alanis was so helpful during my moving process which was great , all my question and concerns were addressed quickly. All my maintenance calls have been fixed swiftly by Joel. Highly recommend if you want to live near NOB.

We moved in on August 17th, 2020. Kayla and Jules made our move in process so easy and enjoyable! We love our townhouse and couldnt be happier. The only thing is that our washer/dryer didnt work properly at move in, but the maintenance team was quick to help.

Lived here for two years. I'd stay longer if I could. Vivianne and Jeff are awesome. Never had any issues. Management and maintenance are the best I've experienced in my very transient military life. Town homes are large and very nice. Price is great. Loved living here. Very close to Naval Station. Right next to park. Convenient location. Highly recommended.
