Store no longer open, sign on the door has said closed for months. I can't imagine why this store still says it's open on here, they must not care about customers.

Was really turned off by my visit here. I've been loyal to St. Vincent next door but was on the prowl for something specific. I can't even compare these two shops because Goodwill is absolutely horrible.

In a super confusing parking lot, you'll find a drop off for donations. However, you're not allowed to enter/exit through these doors. You have to walk, somewhat dangerously, to the front of the store, streetside.

One lady, chose not to follows these rules and went running through the back doors, even after she was told not to. The lady working started screaming at her "YOULL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN!!!" It was... a scary moment. I was so uneasy. Another worker sat back and complained about the man who owned this store, saying that the stipulations on prices (50% off *except* yellow stickers) was because he has to sneakily find a way to pay the rent.

Startling experience aside, the prices here are awful and really make me wonder if it's true that the CEO of Goodwill is greedy. Most thrift shoppers are not loaded with tons and tons of money so why are the prices still averaging $20-30+?

Please, do not go here. Boldly, I'd suggest not going to any Goodwill. St. Vincent is a much better thrift store on all levels.

It's a shame I have to give this store one star when it should not get any! It was a great store at one time but now it's as bad as the one in Maysville Kentucky!

This is like a boutique Goodwill compared to most stores. It was built as a new store to directly compete with the new St. Vincent de Paul that was built just a few doors down (or so I learned from the real estate agents during my closing).
This doesn't have the volume of goods that you find at most Goodwill stores (no furniture or bikes), but rather a sampling (games, housewares) and at least half the store is clothes, which is typical for Goodwill.
If there's something you're on the hunt for, it is best to frequent the store just like any thrift store in the hopes you find AND it is on a day they're offering a discount.

Suggest use credit card. But know this, staff never makes a mistake
With cash so said clerk. I gave $22 cash so I could get a ten back plus change. I only got change. She Said I only gave 12. Should I mention how good the staff is! We were in store maybe 15 minutes and all 3 of store staff chatting in back. Clerk says we can use store camera to see what I gave. I said good idea. Team leader comes out to count out drawer. After 10 minutes drawer off -$20 she says. I wonder how good they were earlier in the day on cash transactions. I said all I need is my $10 difference. She says she doesn't need any arguing from me. And takes the drawer to back office to count again. Small miracle. Drawer is now perfect in the back office. I ask about the first option she suggested of the camera. Bad news, camera does not show a good view. I'm out of state but this lets me know customer service and trust is not valid at this location. Is this lost $10 tax deductible?

I think Goodwill needs to revamp this store and not have just ONE person working. This is ridiculous. They need more furniture, bikes and boutique type clothing.
