I was sold a car charger that did not fit my new phone. I was going out of town and did not check if it was the appropriate charger. It was not. On return to the state, I came to the store to exchange it. They did not have the appropriate model and told me I couldn't return it because I was 2 days late. I explained that I was out of state and that was why I didn't return it on time. As I left the store vowing to not return to this location, I was offered a cable to make the charger usable by employee Carlos. I have had the pleasure of his assistance previously. This location is fortunate that he such an amazing employee with excellent customer service. Definitely management material. Thank you again for making my day less frustrating.

Went into At&t about an hour before closing. Despite the fact that they were closing soon, they were all happy to help and very welcoming. I was assisted by Leo who was so incredibly nice. He explained everything thoroughly to the point that I didn't have any questions which I really like. He provided great customer service and on top of that, we got a great deal. Super genuine and helpful. Definitely will send my family over there when they need anything.

If you are on the hunt to purchase a new phone, hunt down Ricky. My husband was gracious enough to surprise me with today's stop. He wanted to make sure I had the latest iPhone. The walk-in experience reminds me of walking into a car dealership. You are greeted with a warm smile and then asked if you would like a pastry and a cup of coffee. It didn't take Ricky long to compile my information and needs to get the order out to be shipped. We have been here before and at certain times, the wait time can be long. Today, it went rather quick. I will never get over the days of finding a pay phone to deposit a quarter and talk as long as you want to paying over a thousand dollars for a phone that will do everything for you. What will the experience of buying a phone be like a hundred years from now? Just ask for Ricky, he will be patient with the novice and have just as much knowledge as the expert.

I went into this ATT store to find out how to ensure that when a call comes into my cell phone, the number stays as bold until I listen to the message.
Agent Fazain told me to go to Youtube.com, and that I should "play with the phone"
I expressed surprise at his response, and asked for his name.
After he shared his name, he told me that he did not understand the problem. I explained again. He told me that he didn't know what to do.
When I posed the same question in another ATT store, they told me to call 611.

Horrible service! I tell the guy I make a online order more than a hour ago and he just tell me he cut it found it , that he did have any iPhones available I tell him that online tell me that they had it. I know he didn't want to help me. Don't go if you don't want to loose you time.

I ordered my Apple 5 watch over the phone with Ashley over the phone. She rewarded me with same day priority delivery service. Steven called and asked if I was home. Steven arrived with in 30 minutes with my new Apple Watch. Now that's service. Thank you AT&T.

Ready to do an early upgrade and pay the early upgrade small balance, which I did at this store location. They tell me that it will take 2 hours for the computer to reflect the early upgrade payment so I can complete my upgrade transaction. Back in 2 hours and still the system was not updated. Looking online 5 days later, and still was not updated with my early upgrade payment. I called customer service and they see the payment and still don't know why it was not updating the account. requested a credit back and now I have to do it online instead in person. Poor limitation of system and poor information provided by store. Selling is more important than getting the right information out to the consumer.

horrible.. I have been trying to call this store for over two weeks and not once have I been able to get anybody to answer the phone. Seems a lot of other people on these reviews have the same opinion of this store.

Stopped by the store to transfer my corporate account into a personal account with my wife. I figured talking to someone at the store would be easier than trying to do this on the phone. Nope. I didn't have to wait to be helped but one of the first things they hit me with was a transfer fee. Manager said the same, "...can't do anything about that", when the premier rep who suggested I go to a store told me I wouldn't have to pay for that fee.
I guess the reason there's no wait at the store is because they don't know how to help. Called customer service on my way out and they were 5 stars. Horrible service, I visited this located several times and is always the same, employees are super rude and they are always trying to get rid of you to take the next guest, after 3 years with this company today I come to realize that I am with the wrong company... I visited two different companies today trying to get the new iPhone and figuring out who will be the best option for me , I left At&t for my final visit and even being their customer they gave me the worst service of all ... nothing left to say I rather pay off both of my phones and go somewhere else at the end of the day I come to realize that they do not appreciate me as a customer.
