The owner Bill is very unprofessional and does not keep his word promised he was mailing me a check and a week later never sent it. See below for message

Don't Trust any five star view from this service. Don't call them, change your mind to find others. They charge me 10 more dollar because they can't find my house!!! After they finish checking my washer and unfix able without parts, they call me at night to ask me about my washer's model.......( what the F they doing when they was in my house). Not only that. After two days. They say it gona cost me 399 to fix my washer!!! so the total is 500 dollar to fix my small size washer... Dont call them, Find others service!!

The work was good, but there was a mix up and we ended up paying him $100 more than he was owed. We've been told the check is in the mail for months now.

Bill was very attentive. He knew exactly what to do. I had a LG front loader washer machine that was leaking. I tried to do it myself but it was too difficult. Texted Bill and he came out the next day. He fixed it quickly. Also the price was right. No ripoff. Thanks Bill

Bill was very professional. Came and checked out why my dryer was not drying and was here and gone in 30 minutes; blown fuse. Price was right. Called others in town and it was upwards of $150 just to come out. Can't beat his price.

Cannot recommend this outfit at all. I paid them $345 and the problem is still not fixed. I have doubts that Bill did any real troubleshooting. Charged me for a part that did not fix the problem. He came twice and after he left the second time the light inside the dryer was not working. I decided not to call him back for a third time afraid the dryer would be in worse shape.

So, what I thought would have been a reasonable repair has resulted in me having to buy a new refrigerator. Before I could even have someone in to fix the door that hack Bill broke, the part that he replaced failed - and I have no doubt because of his ineptness. My refrigerator started giving off a very strong odor of electrical burning and stopped cooling within two days of him repairing it. I unplugged it immediately and frustratingly came to grips with the fact I needed to buy a new refrigerator. In the mean time, I decided to report the situation to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) which had a process of allowing the business to respond to the claim I've made (as stated in my original post). To no surprise, the BBB replied back to me that they've not had any response from the business. I again stress, do NOT hire this company to do work; unqualified, unprofessional and unkempt to say the least.

called about having gasketl on dishwasher replaced .told bill it was on bottom of door i purchased a new one.bill showed up looked at dishwasher complained it was a seal not gasket proceded to try and replace struggled then ripped new seal said he would order new one a couple of days later shows up tries putting in new seal puts the seal he bought then complains the part was discontinued . he said job done and left suddenly i looked at repair seal only installed half way along bottom of door still leaks.do not hire this man

Nothing against the business but they dont accept this coupon here on Yelp. Now, how can I get my money back?

Great, friendly service. I called on a Sunday evening and Bill answered. He was able to come out the very next day for my washing machine. I had a couple of other minor plumbing issues that I asked (last minute) if he could take a look at, and he did so happily. Prompt, efficient, friendly service is hard to come by these days; especially at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again!
