Auto Trim Design of Utah

I have had auto trim do a lot of stuff to my vehicles, most recently was getting my truck wrapped in protective film. They did an amazing job, communicated well, and I'm very pleased. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Auto Trim installed my Katzkin leather seats and did a great job. Made an appointment and was in and out in under two hours. Highly recommend Katzkin and Auto Trim.

They did a good job tinting my windows but they removed my parking pass sticker & didn't put it back on or even tell me they removed anything so I got towed. I stopped by to show them my $300 tow bill. The employees genuinely felt bad for the mistake that cost me $300 plus $75 for the parking pass. The owner on the other hand did nothing. I own & run my own small business myself. If anything I did ever cost a client of mine money or resulted in them getting screwed over, I'd absolutely make it right. This owner did not care that I had to pay $375 as a result of something they did. My friend was going to go here to get her windows tinted but will no longer be using their services. I don't think it's right for the owner to do nothing when a client got screwed over as a direct result of what they did.

Hungry Blood sucking Vultures. Took my vehicle in that had a leak in the Sunroof. The hoses were clogged, so I used a air-hose and everything works fine, and now the Sun-roof no longer leaks. Auto-trim wanted to charge $125
That's like charging $125 dollars to put air in your tires. Stay way from this Merchant, they will milk you and then some.

I went in to fix my sunroof and the guys were on it quick ! Also had my katzkin leather kit installed . They did an awesome job in a matter of hours . Great team and outstanding customer service . I would definitely come back!

I needed my car windows tinted and a friend recommended this place. They were able to get me in to have it done right away. When I called in they were helpful and polite. They gave me some instructions and a helpful sticker on my door to remind me not to put my windows down.

They were super reasonable on pricing, professional and helpful when I called to make an appointment. Got my truck in for tint and was done within a couple hours, looks amazing and I would highly recommend!!

Best leather installers in the valley by far. They do a great job. My van leather looks better than factory install. I also have used them to fix sunroofs and they are honest people. Highly recommend.

I a DVDs player and leather seats installed. The DVDs player has never worked after multiple returns to have it fixed it will play for about an hour then no sound. They haven't been able to fix it. Leather seat covers are coming of and all the trim pieces with it. One of the worst decisions of my life. I highly regret it.

Seriously these guys are a joke. Called them up and explained that the handle for our sunroof broke and wanted to get it replaced on the Jeep. They told us to come in that they thought they might have one.Ok cool.
We Drive over and finally found the place. Walked into the store and it was like walking back in time. They had all the cool stuff for your car or truck if it was from 2002. All the products in the store was covered in dust and just plain old. We patiently waited while "Gordo" ( I'm calling him Gordo because I cant remember his name and his poor salesmanship makes me think of the name "Gordo") helped someone else. Even though there was no one else ( customers) in the store apparently only "Gordo" was able to help us. So, the other 2 employees just sat there staring at us. Anyway, once "Gordo" was able to grace us with his attention we showed him the part we needed and he headed off to the warehouse. 5 minutes later he was back with a dust covered used moon roof that actually had the same handle we needed attached to it. He told us we could have the handle for $65.00 or he had another handle in his hand that he thought might work, but he wasn't guaranteeing it, for $45.00?!!! I asked him how he came to the price he did, and he quickly stated that's how much they cost. I then showed him that I could buy an ORIGINAL and NEW one for $20.00 on ebay and did he want to come down on that used handle for $65? "Nope, you want it that's the price." I laughed at him and told him to keep it. For the price difference I was getting a new one in 3 days. Long story short, these guys seem a little shifty. The store is old, with old stock. Go in if you have no other place in SLC to try, but be prepared to pay unreasonable and ridiculous prices. You will see.

BTW---I would give them 0 stars if that were possible.
