I don't seem to have good luck at this location. I make a lot of large copies that I can't handle on home printer. Every time I go in there, I wait in line for my turn while they have employees standing around doing nothing. I get to the front of the line and inevitably the person at the counter cannot run the copier and neither can the available employees. I have to wait for the copier expert to finish with customer. How hard can it be to cross train employees to operate a copier?

I visited this location for the second time today. Both times it has been a great experience. They were really busy when I went by today and the employee that was there was handling it all so well. It's a great store with friendly employees. They also have packing materials for sale. Love having this in Chelsea!

He didn't even flinch, held the door, and waited for me to grab my packages to complete my return. I get that Scott could have rightfully so told me they were closed, but instead he chose to help me out. Definitely great customer service.
