Jay and Jay helped me out with getting my hood open when I worried I was low on oil. They were both so friendly and helpful to me and it was such a welcome gift! Thank you and I'll be back if I need auto items.

Stopped by today with a vehicle we were test driving. When we were on the interstate the vehicle was surging so we asked if they would put the code reader on and see what codes come up. I was asked if the engine light was on. I said no but I know there is something wrong with it. Employee says his code reader won't pull codes if the engine light is not on. I told him it absolutely will because I have had autos checked many times that didn't have the engine light on and it still pulled the codes. Instead of arguing with someone who obviously knows nothing about cars I took it to O'Reilly's and had them check and sure enough it pulled 2 codes. If you want good service instead of excuses to not do their jobs I suggest you go somewhere other than this Advance.

This place doesn't deserve any star at all. I pulled in their parking lot with my truck and trailer, to buy parts and supplies for my truck. I just got out of my truck an employee come out and told me I can't park in the parking lot where I pulled in, I have to park away from the store. On the first place I pulled in the parking space with my truck and trailer and no one was park in any parking spot they have in front (empty parking lot). If they don't want big truck to park in front of their store they should put a sign. Unprofessional people doesn't deserve business dealings in the community.
