My husband and I came for lunch, we were greeted with a smile and they sat us quickly. I had the Chicken parm and my husband had the never ending soup and salad. Everything was good but the salad tasted like it had a little too much vinegar. Our waitress Ches took very good care of us. Oh, and dessert was yummy!

Our waitress brought our soup and salad but no silverware. I had to hunt her down to get it.
Something is seriously wrong with their math. What they claimed was 20% suggested tip was 41% of net and 38% of gross. And we had 2 tickets - One for the meal and a separate one for dessert. The math for suggested tips was wrong on both. 20% was closer to 40%. I wonder how many people pay the suggested without thinking about it or doing their own math. Be careful
Also, our waitress's blouse was gaping open, so I was unpleasantly exposed to a look at her plunging bright, blue bra and cleavage. Luckily, when she came back the next few times, she kept her arm over the gap in her blouse. I'm an old woman and some young girl's bosom and underwear is nothing I want to see.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - R. A.Detroit, MI0306May 31, 2023
I know we are being take advantaged of by every company providing anything now a days but when you can't go out and get soup and a salad, what can you get for your money? I ordered soup and salad from Olive garden and I received 3/4 of a salad and half a container of soup. "Soup" is just broth and some filler vegges and a little meat. I for the life of me cant understand how they can charge you so much more and then just steal the last little bit by giving you so much less. I paid $59.26 for the cheapest thing you can buy 4 Soup (Broth) 2021 $5 a bowl, now $9 and 2 salads. I will remember every business that put pure greed in front of their good name. Thank you Darden Restaurants, Inc for the lesson in pure greed.

The food was great but I remember when you would order a soup and appetizer and they came out first. Then take your order and it comes out a bit later. Today all the food came at once and she tried to give us another tables drinks and food. She nearly knocked over my water and took a long time to refill it. The to go boxes have shrunk but I guess they aren't expecting you to end up taking your entire entrée home. The meat in the lasagna was lacking, the chicken was rubbery. Breadsticks were severely over salted. I used to love Olive Garden. It's been a hike since we've been and now I don't really have an urge to return. The inside still looks nice.

If I could leave no star I would. Literally the worst food ever. The manager was nice and understanding though.... And even agreed that the food wasn't good at that location. Yikes.

Our waitress was Melanie and sis needs to getittogether service was less than mid. When our food arrived to our table my parents asked for spoons. They were never brought out. We used the table ziosk to call our waitress and she never showed. We used the ziosk to order dessert and notified her 15 minutes later of it when she finally came around TO drop off food to the table next to us, NOT to check on us. 15 minutes after that, our dessert finally arrived but with no fresh silverware. She looked so bothered when we asked for some. And yes we did stare at our dessert for another 5 minutes before finally being able to dig in.

Got seated at about 10:30pm.
My boyfriend and I already knew we wanted an appetizer and to share an entree(since being pregnant won't eat much) after asking the server Giselle about the Stuffed ziti appetizer and choosing that one we also ordered the never ending Alfredo sauce. And to share we got the fettuccine Alfredo.
She brought the sauce out and that was the only sauce ever to hit our table. So much for never ending sauce. Once our food was brought to the table I noticed a large plate of regular baked ziti not the Appetizer as requested. She then made it seem like there was nothing we could do so we ended up paying $16 for an extra entree. Our Water, peach teas & Breadsticks were also never refilled refilled by Giselle. But we're refilled by another server. It was really bad service and I was so excited to get out and have a good dinner since being pregnant but hopefully next time. I also spoke to a manager and he said he would talk with Giselle. Which legit meant nothing after having to pay for another entree that I never asked for and never getting refills or another bowl of Alfredo sauce.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Horrible experience for my sister and I's birthday. Went in with a party of 7. We had two waitresses, the youngest one was extremely rude.
5 of us ordered the buy one take one home. 3 of us ordered the chicken, shrimp Alfredo with a ziti with meat to go home.
I got my meal which looked more like a kids chicken Alfredo, completely forgot I ordered the shrimp and chicken and I did notice that my brother and sisters dish looked a lot larger than mine. There was so much going on that I ignored it and did not realize my shrimp was also missing.
Our drinks were empty and were never refilled, ever.
We left, parted ways. I grabbed my frozen ziti. (They are not frozen at other locations, which was odd... maybe they do things different there).
Arrive home and get a phone call, my sister is leaving my parents house, grabs her ziti and realizes there is no meat on any of the "take one home" plates. I open mine and sure enough it's only frozen pasta, sauce and cheese.
My mother calls them and they tell her they will give her a gift card.
They gave her a $10 gift card along with 4 swhat looked like) ice cream cups with chicken slices. (Couple days later)
Is this a joke?!?!?!?!? That was literally like laughing at her face. Knowing it was a a party of 7 and all grown adults except my 5 year old son. Which means we all parted ways. You gave her tiny cups of sliced chicken? Disgusting. Truly disgusting.
None of us wanted to even go there, customer service is always horrible there, but this was far too upsetting. This was truly a slap on the face. More upset you pulled this joke on my mother. Hope someone treats yours the same way when it comes to your awful customer service!
Update: here on yelp they asked me to contact them, I did. They replied once to get more info and told me they would resolve the matter. They never replied back...Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Jul 31, 2019Previous reviewHorrible experience for my sister and I's birthday. Went in with a party of 7. We had two waitresses, the youngest one was extremely rude.
Edit: My sister ordered her soup that came with her entree. Waitress was rude and said she could not put the order in until the entree was chosen. We were still looking at the menu. What difference does it make? We are still going to pay for it. This is were everything went south from there. Since my sister is a frequent Olive Garden customer (different location).
5 of us ordered the buy one take one home. 3 out of the 5 (buy one get one) ordered the chicken, shrimp Alfredo with a ziti WITH meat to go home.
I got my meal which looked more like a kids chicken Alfredo, completely forgot I ordered the shrimp and chicken and I did notice that my brother and sisters dish looked a lot larger than mine. There was so much going on that I ignored it and did not realize my shrimp was also missing.

My mother calls them and they tell her they will give her a gift card. What I still had not thought about was that my shrimp was missing, until my mother called me to tell me all of this. Not a big deal other than they charge you more for every little thing you add. So you expect to get what you pay for.
Then I remembered that they charged her for an extra Alfredo plate, the extra one they delivered to our table and was sent back because we all had a plate in front of us. That must have been my shrimp and chicken Alfredo plate. Who knows who's basic Alfredo I got. (Keep in mind that they charged for both on the receipt).
She didn't even complain about my situation since she didn't know until after her phone call to Olive Garden. She called to complain about the take home ziti, with no meat, that she paid for. They gave her a $10 gift card along with 4 small (what looked like) ice cream cups with chicken slices. ( A couple days later)
Is this a joke?!?!?!?!? Knowing it was a a party of 7 and all grown adults, except my 5 year old son. Common sense would be that we all parted ways, what would one person do with 4 cups of sliced chicken? (Picture attached to the photos section). Manager gave her tiny cups of sliced chicken? Disgusting, slap on the face. RUDE.
None of us wanted to even go there, OTHER than my mother, the one that you were more than rude to.
This was truly a slap on the face.
I am more upset that you pulled this joke on my mother. Hope someone treats yours the same way when it comes to your awful customer service!
