I have been going to this store for 15 years! At least! The help is great! I have had to return and they have always been helpful! The manager is amazing! They always go out of their way to be as helpful as they can ! I really appreciate all thy do!

My favorite Cosmo. Always has everything I need. The staff is awesome friendly , helpful , and educated!

Convenient location, staff is average friendliness, much better than the location in seekonk ma the new girl that works there is slower than dog crap. Who hires these people who can run a register and check people out. Try this location or salon centric.

Sorry ladies (and gents) unless you're a licensed cosmetologist or a student of cosmetology you can't shop here. But I have to share that I love my Cosmo Prof. The staff here is truly genuine, knowledgeable, and helpful - faces that you will get to see again and again. Name your hairdressing woes and they will recommend new products to take your clients by storm. They're located in the same plaza as Blue Sky, so there's plenty of parking. Some of the product lines they distribute include TIGI, Sebastian Professional, OPI, CND Shellac, China Glaze, Rusk, Joico, Wella, and Schwarzkopf. Happy beautifying.

Everytime I go here I feel like I am getting some weird vibe from the staff...they are usually bored or irritated looking, and I feel bad asking them anything...You have to have a cosmetology or esthetician license to shop here. The brands are OK, I do like that they have OPI for a much better price than other places. Meh....

the girls here are always very helpful when im in the store, but the other day i called with general information and the girl was extremley condesending not unserstanding i was just asking GENERAL questions

The one in north providence, I got there to get the stuff I needed, the one who cashed me I guess she is the only one is very rude. Does not say hi how are you or knowledge the I am customer. She gave me a hard time because I forgot my cosmo card and breathing heavenly, I said I was sorry, but if your gonna work for the industary you need to be nice to customer/ clients!!!
