This Baskin-Robbins location saved my daughter's birthday party! I had ordered a cake from another location. The other location called me 1 hour before I was supposed to pick it up and said they cannot complete my order. If you would like to see my review of the other location on Fletcher Parkway, please look at it before you consider which location to order your cake from. The employee, Vanessa, at this location, on 2nd Street in El Cajon on 2nd Street, was polite, kind, empathetic, and helpful. She apologized for my experience at the other location, and expedited my order. She took into account my daughter's tree nut allergy and created a perfect cake. I will forever use this location for any of my ice cream cake needs. As I know that they do their best and they care about their customers. Thank you again!!!

Ordered cake for my daughter's birthday. Pecan praline. Very happy with the entire experience. Places my order two days before the event.

Accessibility: handicap parking in front of the entrance with flat ground from the parking lot up to the front door entrance. Air conditioned inside, of course, but there are no restrooms here at all.

Experience: one single scoop of ice cream was $4.49. For me that's a little expensive, but the ice cream was good! I ordered Cherries Jubilee and it tasted great! There were real chunks of Cherries in there which really made it delicious.

Vanessa was amazing she is so sweet and helped me get an ice cream cake when I was in a jam. Best service ever.

This Basin Robbins is dirty, the counters, floors, broken chairs. When I say dirty it looks like the floor hasn't been mopped in months. The ice cream isn't cold, soft and milky . Ewwwww!! Save your time and money and go to the La Mesa location. This place is gross !!

Very unfriendly service at this baskin robbins. We went in tonight and the two girls closing gave us dirty looks and stared intensely at us while we decided what ice cream we wanted. When we asked about their sundaes they very quickly shut us down and told us they were out of brownies. No apology or anything. Be warned coming here. We ended up not even getting anything we were so disgusted

Folks Ive eating here three times and say a few things to point out.

First no one in the place where gloves or masks and the service is horrible.
Have a smile on your face and atleast be cordial to your loyal customers.
When someone spends $25 plus on cones,etc..a smile and a thank you
are the bare minimum..Get a clue and show sincere appreciation for those who support your business.Its elementary one o one..

The Ice cream is outstanding and the rest of the food is as well.
Its kinda spendy but if the service was good Id reccommend it.

Give a try and see if thing get better with attitude.

Will never come here again. Workers are crass and all had long hair, and two of them kept playing with their long pony tails, no gloves then handled containers. Asked for a small one scoop hot fudge sundae, and was rudely told "no hot fudge only syrup"while she adjusted her pony tail again. This store is so dirty, and the outside area to sit in is absolutely filthy. Tables very dirty and there are bird droppings all over. What a disgusting shop, from the awful workers to the store itself. No place to sit inside either. Tables but no chairs.

Cake was slightly pricy but overall it tasted great. The inside had chocolate cake and mint chocolate chip on the top part. I really liked that the border was fudge and that when I placed the order I asked that baseball nut be placed in between the Oreos which they did. Cake was perfect for 5 of us and even had left overs.

This place is disgusting. It smells like cleaning supplies mixed with the weirdest nastiest smell. The girls working are not sanitary at all my ice cream tasted disgusting. I would not recommend coming here.
