If I could give it a zero I would. This place is old and shabby. Everything is old. The staff is horrible, constant scheduling errors . The doctor gossips more than he does work. I think the business is a fraud, a major coverup. I was due for two fillings, and I set it up for white composite filling instead of silver (cheaper). The Dentist here placed 1 white composite and 1 silver. I paid for 2 fillings of white composite. However, I find out that I was jilted after my visit to a more upscale office where they provide a thorough exam, X-rays, and take the time out to do a brief summary showing you the work that needs to be done. Also photos are taken after the work is done. Fraud fraud fraud. I am reporting this to the BBB.

Dr. Smith is very polite, but there is always a major wait and the work is rushed due to overbooking clients. I had the same filling fall out TWICE after being filled. The first time he filled it for free - but it just fell out again. I am beyond frustrated and hope there is some recourse for this.

If there is a zero star, I would give this dentist a ZERO. This dental office is constantly overbooking with 7 to 8 patients waiting in the waiting room. I went there twice. Both time I have to wait for more than an hr. My daughter had an appt with him. She waited for an hr 40 mins and she finally fell asleep. I changed to another dentist after my third visit. Please don't over booking your patients!!! Our time is as precious as yours!! Also, the building really needs to be remodeled and equipment needed to be updated. If you are new to this area, my recommendation is to find some other dentist. Last but not least: he has terrible opening hours. He only open from Mon to Thur, 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. I wonder why do patients still go to see him. That's the biggest mystery!!!
