I am so happy to have been referred to my Farmers Insurance agent, Chloe Zhao. I asked for her help with my auto, home and business liability policies.
Communication with all staff at her office is prompt and very courteous. My initial phone call was answered quickly and Chloe was able to knowledgeably answer my questions. After that, we primarily communicated through E-mails. This saved so much time. Not only was Chloe able to save me a bunch of money, but she also suggested adding to my auto policy to cover Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury, which I had previously lacked.
People think all insurance and agencies are the same. From experience, I know there is a huge difference.
