Burger King

Seriously? You will be out of business now that the new Taunton location opened. Your employees are outside smoking cigarettes propping the door open (fire hazard). Waited 30 minutes in the drive through with no service. Called Inside and the girl said they were too busy to attend to the drive through. We left along with about 10 other cars. Shouldn't someone have told us the drive through was closed at 8pm?!?!?! This was May 10th at 8pm. Check your cameras your employees should all be fired.

We were not given a bacon cheese burger that we paid for to go and picked up. The service therefore was poor we should not have to drive back for the burger that we paid for but was not placed I. Our bag.

So bad, they said it was cash only after u had waited in line for 20 and was then stuck in the middle of 5 cars in front and behind me, i then tried using there app to get my deal and of course they doesn't work either. The work was so useless too. Terrible place never go.

Badly run confused mess. This fast food wasn't even quick. It was at least correct but poorly cooked. For the time invested and cost I could have gone to a real place and gotten takeout. Place needs new management at the very least.

Ridiculous. Been in line for over 15 minutes (the DRIVE THRU LINE) and there's three employees outside on a smoke break. Learn how to manage. For everyone's sakes.

For a Burger King I must say it's the best one I have been too recently. Recently started going to Burger King again after realizing the chicken nuggets are like they were a long time ago! The food seemed cooked fresh unlike others I had been to where it seemed to have been cooked hours before. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond what you would normally expect. I know I'm not reviewing a fancy restaurant but i like to give credit where credit is do!

Good heavens: there was some kind of cleaner on the spouts of the soda machine which was causing a sour chemical taste. Alerted to this, the management wiped down the spouts with what looked like a used cloth and...more spray cleaner. WTF? One of the ways to get a one-star review is to, you know, do something to endanger the life of the clientele. Never again.

Very very poor BK unbelievable my experience asking me 5 times about my order and than for them to get it wrong at window girl at window looked like she was sucked dry on her neck from vampires hickeys all over it disgusting and the manager is just as stupid as her this place needs to be shut down disgusting

The worst. My food is faithfully cold and they can never, and I mean never remember all my food. I've grown accustomed to making two trips back for food they forgot to bag. And they're sandwiches are always so sloppily made, as if there's a bunch of teenagers out back being forced against their will to make your food. I ordered about five burgers and a chicken sandwich with cheese. Pretty simple, right? WROOOONG. I'm short two burgers and my sandwich has no cheese even though my slip said add cheese. Getting a sandwich made correctly that is also warm is comparable to hitting the lottery. Far and few between.

You're middleboro location sucks. You used to have someone working at the drive thru who was excellent. Now they're idiots. They are slow as hell and can't get my order right. Not onl did I sit there forever waiting them to finally take my money and give me my food, they not only messed up my hamburger but charged me for a medium fry and gave me a small!!!!!!!!!! The people at that drive thru are exceptionally awful right now.
