AMA Executive Conference Center

I have been working with AMA for multiple years and they consistently provide the highest level of service, attention to detail, and personality and friendliness. Ruben and his team are always willing to help and repeatedly go above-and-beyond to make sure that not only the client is happy but that every attendee has a comfortable, clean and efficient space to meet for any type of event. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.

Attended a two day seminar here and was surprised by the comfortable chairs. Now not quite comfortable to sleep in, but I made it through to eight hours days.

The coffee, juice and water was a nice touch to grab during breaks and the view looking at Times Square was nice as well. The Center is a bit dated and the temp controls were not working so the room was pretty warm, which added to the potential to nap.

If you get a lunch break, head over to to 9th there are plenty of options other than times square chains.

This is one of most convenient well organized conference rental spaces in midtown. Located at the top of time square, with several floors of meeting and conference space.

My team ordered the cold sandwich and salad catering, which high quality, on time and delicious.

The meeting rooms are equipped with computers,projectors, flip charts and comfy officer chairs.

Refreshments and the restrooms are centralized near reception. They even have Krueger coffee (fancy), so it's always hot and fountain beverages.

I would definitely recommend this space.
