I have used this Meineke for years for both repairs and sevice. I have never in my memory been given bad service or advice. Matter of fact, this particular location has gone above the call trying to fix issues and has on ocassion bit the bullet and did not charge us for replacement parts that continued to break down. Thank you very much, Patty and Brian, co-owners. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Meineke in Oak Creek.

Vehicle was originally scheduled 3 months ago for an oil change. That day the lady who was working told me when I arrived in shop that they had no staff. So, she rescheduled it again for me for 2 months later. Fine, I had another vehicle at the time I would use. So today I arrived for my appointment, guess what? Apparently they are not Meineke anymore. They are now Oak Creek Automotive. NO ONE CALLED TO tell me that my that I wasn't on the schedule because they changed ownership, or something, and moved!! The lady told me I have to call to make ANOTHER appointment!!! My family has used this business for many years and today they LOST MY BUSINESS and my families!! I heard of others having issues with this location, but we usually had good experiences, but having to reschedule twice, and NO CALL to tell me let me know about another canceled appointment, I'm done!! I suggest staying away from them!

This place is suppose to be experts on muffler systems. I took my truck there for a pipe extention to be replaced and welded. After an hour they tell me they job is to hard and it needs a full replacement which cost 1400.00. I took the truck the same day to another service center and they fixed it perfect in 30 minutes and for 80.00

I went to have my breaks checked out, but they told me my tirods were bad. My car didn't shake before I went in and I have papers verifying my car had new tirods when I bought it a year prior. My car now shakes and I will have to go elsewhere and spend nearly $800 to get it fixed. When I called they asked to see my car. Of course they'll tell me my tirods are bad... They probably took a crow bar to them! I'm so disgusted with how shady the place is, I'll continue to talk poorly about it for many years to come.

So basically they don't really fix your car. I needed to get my belts changed & after I received my car back from them, my belts were still worn! I told them that they didn't change anything, they apologized & actually changed the belts. A few months later my car was making the same noise it did with the belts & I took it back there & they said the belts needed to be changed again & it was an internal problem that was wearing the belts so quickly! They wanted me to pay to get the belts changed again & to check what is making it wear! Nope. Went to my dealership & they said that the belts are fine, just my transmission fluid needed to be flushed. In the end, I do not recommend this place. They stole my money for something they wouldn't have actually fixed, if I didn't double check. Worst experience of my life.

I will start off by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. I will never bring my car here again for any service!! I went to Meincke for simple break pads and rotor replacement, I have to bring my vehicle back on four times as of today to have them fixed because there continues to be grinding noises coming from the front end that were definitely not there before my vehicle was serviced there. Each time I have brought my vehicle back, they make it seem as if they are doing me a favor by attempting to fix the issue. Unfortunately I have to take my car elsewhere to have the problems fixed since Meincke states they are not sure what's causing all of the grinding sounds, which equates to more money out of my pocket after paying over $350 for less than subpar service.

Do not go to this Meineke. I was flat out lied to about the brakes that were installed on my car. I was told I was getting OEM BMW brakes with lifetime warranty on pads and rotors and that is what I was charged. What they put on were low grade generic brakes that completely changed for the worse how the car braked. They also did not attach the rear wear sensor and actually just zip-tied it to the bottom of my car! After wearing through the cheap brakes, when I went to get new ones under my warranty, Meineke claimed that only the pads were under warranty and that the new rotors and labor would cost me just as much as the original brake job! The folks here will try to take advantage of anyone who walks in their door.
