Starbucks

Again they messed up my order.
I ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich and drove home to not find the sandwich.
They owe me 1 sandwich.

This is based on my most recent visit. Staff handing out drinks/food basically ignores you even if you stand at the counter for five minutes. Today is also free red cup day, and I've never had an issue getting a free cup despite not ordering a fall or holiday drink. So since the expediter was ignoring me, I stood in line to ask the woman at the register if I could have a free cup. She says, "no it has to be a fall or holiday drink." I said, "That's the whole reason I came in today, can I get one anyway?" She says, "We can't just GIVE them away." Isn't that literally what free means? And like I didn't just spend $6 on a coffee? I understand not wanting to work on such a busy day, but that's part of the job. It's also important to be friendly even when stressed. I'll just go to the Starbucks on Treat and Bancroft, they're always friendly even though they don't have much seating inside.

This Starbucks is in a great spot in terms of where in the city it is but the parking lot can be a nightmare. Just know that you will probably not get a spot right out front and will need to walk. Not that this is an issue but the shopping center is popular!

That being said this place is great! I have mobile ordered here a couple times and my drink is always made correctly and done by time I run in.

This is our favorite location! Vanessa and her team are always going above and beyond. They remember your name, your order, and are always so upbeat. We've come to know several baristas over the years coming here and every single person has been so cool and down to earth. We love the introduction of live music they've recently had, its adds to the ambiance and is a nice distraction after a long day.

I was quite disappointed going into the Starbucks today knowing that you can't customize your drink if you can't do it on the app. This is probably the only store that has ever said something like that. They are also pretty Shystie about their portions, usually if I order a grande drink in a Venti cup most stores, give you a little extra. Never coming back to this Starbucks ever again! Will definitely be reporting this one to corporate.

I LOVE this location. The crew is always so friendly, says hello when anyone walks in - even if they are super busy. I really like coming to this one!

Thank goodness this location is a life saver. This location is across from Whole Foods across the street. I am glad I can grab a drink before I head to Whole Foods.

This location is nice. A bit cold when coming inside. A quiet environment with people just studying and less chit chatting.

The Baristas that work here are friendly. I get greeted when I come inside and when I leave. This is great service from Starbucks caring for the people.

Parking is easy to find a this location. I was able to park closer without walking a long distance.

Starbucks off Oak Grove and Ygnacio Valley is the place to come to.

Sylvia is amaaaaazing. Love that she remembers my order. Service is great here. One of the few locations that ALWAYS gets my drink right!!

I do stop by during non-peak hours and the associates are always friendly and make customers feel welcome : )

They work quickly to process mobile orders and on site orders and thank customers who pick up their on-the-go orders.

There is a lot of seating inside and it's easy to find an empty table and chair to sit and enjoy your drink and chat with a friend.

*Note: They use a large alphabetical rubber mat to make it easy to find your mobile order.
