I bought my 2021 Mustang from IGH Ford , and couldn't be happier. They gave me home service when my car had a recall , Ben was extremely helpful
with the purchase.
I recommend Ford IGH strongly, especially Ben who helped me pick out the car I wanted and arranged the recall repair at my house.
THANK YOU BEN

Went in for a diagnostic for an issue with our Lincoln door handle and trunk. They tried to charge 2 diagnostic fees. We were told 1 fee by the adviser. We spoke to one of the service managers and he told us All dealerships charge for each issue you want looked at. I work in the accounting office of a dealership in Bloomington, and I know that is not true. We ended up paying $350 for a diagnostic and an oil change. All I can say is I cannot abide being ripped off and lied to. I will never do business here again. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Tried to charge me $4200 to fix my car. That wasn't even my problem. Took it to another dealership cost $1500 to fix there. I know now that I would spend $4200 got my car back it was still not been fixed and would've had to spend it he had another $1500 to try something else they had no problem trying to extort or swindle $6000 for a man. Never got a call from management apologizing for trying to take advantage of people I would stay away from this place if you can.

Since all of the reviews are on the mechanic side of things, I'm going to review the other important part...the car sales anyone?
From what I've seen the few times going here (we have been car hunting) we have received excellent service. Steve Stucci is the man to go to, or Art. Car salesmen are always going to be pushy and this guy is a charmer.
Though we didn't end up buying from this location, I appreciate the quality of service we received!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Eric W.Minneapolis, MN01Apr 14, 2021
I want to share an experience that I had with this dealership.
We own a 2017 Ford Explorer and purchased an extended warranty from this dealership.
A week ago, we brought the car in because it was struggling to start right away. Since we also needed to get an oil change, some recalls looked at, and have a seat heater fixed, we made plans to leave the car all day. I dropped the car off at 8:30 AM. Upon drop off, they determined that the battery terminal was corroded. They said they would clean and test the battery for $55. I also got talked into a 60K service as it was overdue for about $800.
By about 5PM, we were calling the service department trying to see if we could pick up the car but they clearly weren't finished. They claimed that the 60K mile service was done, and that the battery had been cleaned and tested out fine. They were "working on" one of the recalls but didn't get to the other one. They also needed to order parts for the seat, so that couldn't be done until another day. We told them that we'd pick up the car right away and handle the other recall when the parts for the seat came in.
When we came to get the car, it was parked outside, and they mentioned that it was almost completely out of gas. That was odd, since we didn't even think we were low. Upon further investigation, the car wouldn't start at all! When they opened the hood, the battery was still corroded over. Clearly, they lied about cleaning and testing the battery. Worse than that, cleaning and testing the battery was ALSO included in the 60K mile service. They scrambled some people together and determined that the battery was completely DEAD! At that point, they got someone to replace the battery so my wife could leave.
When the parts came in for the seat, we made another appointment. Upon booking that appointment, we were offered a rental (loaner) car so that we didn't have to spend another entire day waiting for them to finish. When I showed up to drop the car, no rental cars were available, and the service advisor acted like there was nothing he could do. When I reminded him about the terrible service we got last time, and that his manager had promised us a rental, he gave in. When the work was completed, I got a call and was told we'd be charged the full amount for the 60K mile service, which I have a hard time believing was done.
When I told him that I didn't trust that the 60K mile service was done, his response was:
"Well it was, and YOU are paying for it!"
I am now waiting for a call back from the manager. If you are interested in getting ripped off and completely disrespected as a customer, by all means spend your money at Inver Grove Ford.
Fortunately, there are much better options.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Northern W.San Francisco, CA01Jan 29, 2023
Bought a brand new van from them and saleman promised to fix dent (in writing) on bumper that it came with. Never was fixed after 2.5 years. Transmission went at 100,000 miles and ford wanted $12,000 to fix it. Got three other estimated for $6,000. Do NOT go there. They are a complete rip off.

I've purchased two used trucks from this dealership. Both vehicles were sold with garbage tires that weather cracked and leaked within months of buying them and both vehicles needed brake pads. Both vehicles were sold with complimentary oil changes I've never been able to use. Made an appointment a month ago to have two serious recalls addressed and an oil change done today. Found out when arriving at the dealership today that they failed to order the parts necessary to get the work done, and that someone was supposed to call me and reschedule and never did. I asked if they could at least get my oil changed and they said it wouldn't be a problem. After sitting in the lobby for an hour and a half, I was told they didn't work on my truck and they are closing. I took time off of work and sat there for over an hour for nothing. This dealership has zero regard for peoples time. Their service department is totally mismanaged and clearly cannot support, or service the vehicles they sell. Once the deal is done, they don't care. They could have offered me a loaner vehicle and taken care of the issues but they didn't. I'm going to contact Ford directly and ask them what I need to do to get my vehicle fixed so I can drive my family around without worrying if my brakes are going to suddenly fail. Saxon IG Ford doesn't seem to care to do anything about it. This is the last vehicle I'll buy from Saxon.

I would absolutely recommend Inver Grove Ford Lincoln after such a WONDERFUL experience with this dealership. Everyone is so nice, accommodating and knowledgeable. I cannot thank Jerry Bauer enough for getting me out of my previous lease. You are an absolute life saver! Tom Lisle, Ed Rutherford, and Catrina Herbert, thank you all for all of your hard work! It was an absolute pleasure to work with all of you. We absolutely love our new vehicle! It is everything we wanted and more! When we're not driving it, we're just staring at it, as she's just perfect!

I was in the market for a safer vehicle for winter for my family. I spent time researching and looking for a vehicle that would work. We landed on a Ford Expedition Max. I had a difficult time finding one available in the Twin Cities. We left multiple dealerships so frustrated. Our last stop was Inver Grove Ford. We were greeted and were able to meet with a sales representative very promptly. Raphael was so wonderful to work with. Would recommend him for all your vehicle sales needs. He is knowledgeable and NOT pushy at all. Thank you!

I own a 2013 Ford Focus. It is 6 months past warranty, however the clutch needs to be replaced due to a faulty transmission. The car cannot be driven safely at this time. It will be collecting rust sitting in my driveway all winter. There was a recall for the clutch on this vehicle. However Ford will not pay to fix it because it is past warranty. We still owe $5,000 on the car. We bought it from IGH Ford. Ford sold it knowing it had a faulty transmission. (I found this out later)
They now want $2500 to fix it. I have talked with IGH Ford and Ford Corporate. They will not help with this. However they offered to take the car off our hands for $500.
Do not buy from Ford. Faulty vehicles, poor customer service. They do not care about customer retention.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
