Great stock, great prices, moderately competent staff. The store was clean, and there was plenty of parking.

Bought a pair of scrubs. 3 days later tried to return them with the receipt (still in the bag and not even touched) that states refunds within 14 days to original payment method...... I got told no refunds ONLY exchanges.
Completely unacceptable business practice and fraud

Had the worse experience with the service here. Brought in two lab coats to get embroidered. Told me my lab coats would be ready one day and it wasn't. When it was ready, the names on BOTH coats were incorrect and logo was not positioned properly. "Matt" wanted to argue and tried to belittle me, but I didn't have the time or energy to entertain the ignorance. Although I was refunded for embroidery, I am left with the cost of two embarrassing lab coats that they ruined and didn't get reimbursed for. I could appreciate a company that is accountable for their actions, but taking money is more important than honest work for them. The customer/embroidery service is lacking and reflects incompetence. Please do your research before coming here as I missed a previous review who had the same issue. Would NEVER recommend!

I had a brand new scrub top embroidered about a month ago. I brought it home and put it on just to find the inside front pocket was flipped upwards and embroidered through, rendering the pocket useless. I brought the top back in and they agreed to fix it. Almost a month later, I follow-up with them just to have a woman find my top stuck in a bag with a hole cut out of it from where the initial embroidery was. Today, I receive a call back from one of the managers telling me that they apologize for not telling me and that they would only reimburse me the $5 for the initial embroidery and not for the top. This is bad business and unacceptable. I will be letting the nursing department at my school for which we typically use for services about this and the lack of professionalism.

Horrible service! Listen to the reviews. I waited six weeks for my order, they would not allow me to cancel. What kind of company has that policy? To make matters worse my medium/regular scrub pants were given to me as medium/tall. After waiting all those weeks and the order is still wrong??? $28 of tailoring later, I will never go back there.

Horrible customer service! Poor consumer interaction and very misleading regarding product information. Won't be shopping here again!

Hospital show 2/8/19 order placed - no order received, no follow up, no answers why - give you the run around- called the 'corporate' office and no one answers or returns your call. Agree this place gets Zero stars

Matt is very helpful in finding the right color of my scrubs! He is very patient in explaining the differences in quality of scrubs to me. Highly recommended to shop for your scrubs.

Terrible place!!!!!!!!!! Read this before you go there. I wouldn't recommend anybody to come here. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I purchased scrubs from here and had them only for two days I came home to try them on and they were too tight so I went back to return them and I was told that they can't be returned because there was deodorant marks on there. but I did not wear them out I only wore them in my room one time. The gentleman that was there told me that I can't return them because of that reason and he was arguing with me and saying that I wore them many times not only did he lie about his name I'm not sure if his name is Jay or if it's Matt, He also supposedly said that he owns the corporation which he lied about we argued over the phone and in person and he tried to pretend that he was the owner of the whole entire place and he called me with the same voice and pretending to be somebody else. Keep in mind I wasn't told that I can't return anything without a receipt or tag, they said if I paid with card they can look it up that way. Don't come here you guys all they want is your money and they're hungry for it to because if they couldn't simply return something for $49 that's really sad!!!! On top of all that he had the decency to tell me that it's disgusting for me to return something that had deodorant on it. As if he's not human and doesn't sweat right ? Walmart has plenty of scrubs and so does scrub depot everybody. Don't go there I promise it's not a good place and he isn't a good person either!!!!!!!!!!
