Ashley was able to help us out a lot despite there being technical issues with the account. She was able to manage everyone efficiently and did so with a great attitude.

For the most part, I think it's fair to say that most people loathe dealing with customer service and phone support, particularly when it's customer service for phone or cable. Case in point, AT&T turned a simple case of getting a phone upgrade into a multi-day cluster that continued to spiral into a swirl of annoyance and frustration.

I went to AT&T store to get assistance in transferring over old data from my old phone with a shattered screen to a new phone which was not the phone I wanted and it came with some ridiculous service commitments.

Daniel S. provides exemplary service in helping me deal with AT&T customer service and navigate getting me back to the account I wanted with a phone I wanted at a similar cost. It took hours, but his commitment to getting it resolved while still assisting other customers during support pauses is what restored my retention as a long-term AT&T customer. The frustration of dealing with them directly was getting me to the point of going to a competitor.

Terrible customer service by the employee! I was there with my friend who needed to get a phone and the man behind the counter was very rude and condescending. Will never go here again.

My previous Yelp review for this store was removed, because it was detailed and negative. That this AT&T store only has a few reviews but has been open for so long indicates they are doing this for other reviews as well. This store was dishonest in their handling of my case and use the location to steal people's data and identities, utilizing second phone lines that they encourage people to establish for third party activities. Their blue ribboned pedigree of yore is in need of a rescue from some very bad actors.

Awesome customer experience! They take care of your cell phone needs all in one place. I was able to preorder the newest IPhone 12 Pro and receive it in one week. Very professional and noteworthy to say the least. Ten out of ten!

This is the best place to go to. Hands down. These guys know what they are talking about. They give your their full attention while other stores are busy texting. I'll recommend this place in particular. Rather drive the extra 15min to shop at this location.
