Hollywood Nails

I have been going to Hollywood nails for over six months now and they are without a doubt one of the best salons i've been to. They take their time and make sure not only are your nails done properly, but they look very good as well. Many other places rush through and often leave you with mishapen nails/nails that don't match. I've never had that issue hear and i've been getting acrylics for almost 10 years. I drive 30 mins to get here and they are well worth it. A no chip fill varies from 35$-50$ depending if you have missing/broken nails. Highly reccomend this place, also best to make an appointment.

had a French manicure done and there are gaps between real nails and the tips, they are extremely thick, plus the nails tip up. They look horrible and then wanted to charge me more to fix. then blamed me for not going into detail with the technician on what I wanted. the tech should know what he is doing and ask which type and explain to me. So very disappointed and I will not be back! they didn't do my cuticles. don't argue with a customer when it's a bad service just fix it.

Horrible and they fixed it but still streaky and uneven not going back! He did it to save time

I would give them a zero if I could. I was unhappy with my results and instead of offering to fix them the owner said "it's to late." Will never return. I do not recommend.

I went there today. gave a simple picture and the owner said he could do it but it would not be exact. I thought no big deal, I understand that! 80% of the way through they were SO bad. I poli told him if he couldn't do it then that's all he had to tell me at the beginning. He then tried to argue that he did, which he did not. So I told him just to make them all one color. He rushed and made a mess of my nails with only one color. I refused to tip so on my way out of the salon a woman who worked there yelled at me as I walked out the door. i definitely should have listened to the ratings. Dont waste your time or money!

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! They are absolutely horrible ! Customer service sucks, they have horrible techs. I got my nails done and had a crack in my nail and they were all about fixing it and helping me, because I did not know what to do! Sure enough they made it ten times worse. I go back two days later for them to yell at me telling me it's my real nail they can't do anything about it? Wait what!? Of course it's my real nail! And you told me you would fix it! Never again! This is my hometown and this place sucks! Do not waste your money because they sure as hell wasted mine.

Love this salon. I have a standing appointment every four weeks for dip manicure. YES! it last 4 weeks.

They do a perfect job everytime.

This salon is over rated and the workers are rude. You have to "ask for service to be well done. They still charge for the full service. I don't recommended this place !!! Choose Ottawa or elsewhere.

My mom and I decided to try a different place for pedicures. I've been to a few different places but this was best. At all the other places I've been to I tell them every time: " Don't cut me please. I'm on blood thinners." They cut me every time and ruin my pedi plus pain and bleeding. This place was first place in a long time that has not cut me.
Pedicure was very nice and technician did a wonderful job. It helped that he understood English to know important things such as the blood thinner info and met needs. The leg massage was longer than what I've had at other places (basic pedicure). Friendly and reasonable in price. Great experience!!!

very very rude! would never go here ever again... the guy was very disrespectful to me. basically threw his notebook at me. I was a couple minutes late due to weather conditions and he freaked out on me...., never again hope to find a better place will never give that place my money again.
