I'm very happy hired Mr. Skibby's office, even though it was just a speeding ticket. Mr. Skibby gave me my options I didn't feel any pressure to hire him & he advised me with out any monies paid, which was kind of him. Mr Skibby stay in contact with me via text, phone calls (which I appreciate the texting) keeping me updated with my case. My ticket wasn't in the court system for several months, but Mr. Skibby said no problem he would keep an eye on it and check with court house often. That's exactly what he did, impressive to have someone do what they say. The price was worth it, reasonable I would have happily paid more. This was just a simple speeding ticket but I would absolutely call him again if I need an attorney or advice. Thank you for being someone I could count on!

Hello my name is Gwyn I hired Brian Skibby over 6 months ago when I failed to show up to court on my schedule date.I was facing 2 Felonies. One was a second degree burglary charge with a prior conviction. Brian not only cleared my failure to appear he was able to get my Felonies reduced to misdemeanors I was able to avoid any jail time.I strongly recommend Brian Skibby for San Bernardino Superior Court.

Lawyers are sales persons. This year we've had some unfortunate events so we've met with several different lawyers, and that's what I've learned. The first interview all of them put on the best show with the goal to get you hire them. There is nothing wrong with that. But be careful when some over-promise but under-perform. Brian Skibby is the best example. He made it seem like a wonderful world when we interviewed. But he didn't follow thru. Without going into details, he was very weak and didn't do what he's supposed to do, and very likely messed up our case. Not only that, he doesn't return phone calls or messages, or he returns them three days later. He failed to inform us critical information on time so we passed deadlines of decisions. When he finally called, he said "your next payment is due." Good thing we took the payment plan although we could've paid upfront. We met with another lawyer for the case and that's when we realized that he didn't do what he could've done to benefit our case. He didn't even bother to subpoena the cop that lied on the report. It's bad enough you're in a situation that needs a lawyer, I cannot tell you how much worse it'd get if you get the wrong lawyer.

Brian did a great job for me. I had two felony convictions I wanted expunged. I talked with several lawyers that said it couldn't be done. I called Brian and he listened to my situation. We went to court twice and he got the both dismissed/ expunged. I could'nt be happier. And he was cheaper than the rest. I would use him again.
